Broward Sheriff Scott Israel: he gave them hailstones for rain

Valentines day! What a wonderful day for love and companionship and Mass Murder. Couldn't happen in a more suitable place--the home district of Dubious Debbie, the most corrupt member of Congress (and that's saying something). Since the essay I wrote, cited above, several more issues have come to light. I may repeat a few for emphasis, though.
Scot Petersen, sheriff deputy, now resigned, ignored repeated warnings about Nikolas Cruz (39 in 7 years) and actually failed to make a record of the last call to Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) warning about Cruz's impending school shooting. Peterson was also the BSO deputy assigned to Stoneman Douglas with uniform and badge, and big, bad gun, to protect students and school personnel from violence. Peterson responded with the bravery exemplified by at least three other BSO deputies that day by cringing behind cover while 17 people were slaughtered. BSO deputies did not subdue the killer; Crystal Springs police did.
The next day, big, brave sheriff Scott Israel took to the stage at a so-called CNN Town Hall (more on this later) to hail his BSO officers while giving scant attention to Crystal Springs police who actually did the dangerous bits. Hence the hail forming part of this essay's title. The man has no shame.
Oh, wait, did I tell you a little about The Sheriff's background? Wanna guess who he supported for Prez in 2016? Too easy.

Then, day after massacre, CNN has "Clown Hall" featuring Scotty and survivors of the shooting (as well as Marco R. and an NRA spokesperson). The survivors were supposed to draft their own questions, but shades of Donna Brazile, that isn't what happened (12 min).
Here comes the vitriol (in case my foregoing prose did not suffice). Personally, I loved every second (6 min).

By the great Flying Spaghetti Monster some of you may be declaiming, citing Fox Spews! Yes. We must venture out of Israel to find the promised land. And hopefully Demonratic Scott Israel will be recalled from office and sued for dereliction of duty.

1) Ok, so 3 deputies were behind their cars waiting. I don't know police procedures. Were they waiting for a hostage negotiator to arrive? Maybe that's what they were supposed to do. I don't know and either do you at this point. I'm waiting for the investigation to play out.

Perhaps, but it is an indication of character. Another point, tell me where it is wrong to believe police should be trying to PROTECT AND SERVE VERSUS CRINGE AND COWER--regardless of politics. You don't like Jeanine Pirro, fine. But how can you disagree with her about Broward cowards failing to enter the school? It's their duty. Crystal Springs had no difficulty doing that and the school shooter was presumably still heavily armed.
I did not consult Breitbart for my article, thanks. But if the corprodems are so hot to take away guns from civilians, then they should at least use their own "lawful" guns to do a job, dangerous as it may be, for which they volunteered and for which they are paid?
And don't lecture me about gaslighting when Scotty boy and the Criminal News Network hold a massive gaslighting "Town Hall" the next day to moan and bitch about guns. The BSO and FBI both blew off numerous incidents warning of this psychopathic eruption.
Please tell when it is partisan to want to save the lives of children and adults through pro-active means. This is not about the NRA, which by the way wants background checks on mentally unstable individuals, barring them from gun possession.
And please spare me the ballistic barrage about assault weapons. Cops have them too and APCs and Kevlar helmets. This essay is about specifics, not the Second Amendment.
The three deputies were not hiding in their car, by the way; they cowering behind it.
About Judge Pirro gaslighting. She may do this and in fact does. But please identify one bit of gaslighting in the video--or did you watch it?

The only connection I've made is that so many persons killed in police stops "because the officers were afraid for their lives" were killed by officers that were unafraid. Police that are truly afraid wait and don't engage.
