We were promised that anyone on line by 8:30 MST would be allowed to vote. Lines are reportedly blocks long at some caucus sites. Idaho, Arizona and Utah still too early to call.
The caucuses are staffed by party volunteers. Dem caucuses are all by paper ballot only, hand counted. If you are on the East Coast might as well check the results tomorrow morning.

but maricopia, with 10% of precincts reporting, Hillary is winning
most of the 11 other counties have 0% of precincts reporting ...
As of the writing of this essay (2:45 AM ET), Sanders was leading Clinton in Election Day voting in Arizona 50.2% to 49.8%, with just under 75,000 votes (about 17.3% of all Election Day votes) counted.
TYT has decided not to call it until after everyone has voted. There are still long lines waiting to vote in AZ. 538 is not happy with calling a winner when there is still people in line to vote.

but Huff has: 28 of 1322 precincts reporting (2%)
gaurdian has: 28/1,322 precincts (2.1%) reporting
NYT has: 329,352 votes, 2% reporting (28 of 1,322 precincts)
I think that's just early votes
... and the booths are mostly still open ...
