By the time this posts I should be in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico soaking up the sun and Modelo. I will try to host from there if Mexican internet doesn't fail me. If it comes back in Spanish just use Yandex.
Hell, I never done this before, so I don't know any better.

Beer and bees
I like Modelo. I have been to Russia and must say locally produced beers are very good. Not much appreciated. Oh btw, about 12 or so years ago, the Russians reformed the sale of alcohol with the end result of:

2 they cooked, cleaned, made the bed and all that
3 weather was warm
4 good food and drink ashore
We've made that particular cruse 4 or 5 times now, it's always a nice break and good diversion

SOE! Oops, sorry Earthling1, and SOE,There were some hole-in-the-wall eateries in L.A. that were Jalisco people. Great tacos and burritos. Is there still Tres Equis down there? Tres Equis was pretty popular in some circles in L.A. in the 70's. I knew one house that always had a case in Redondo Beach.
Was the same company that made Dos methinks. What I heard was that they quit exporting it to the states, but it was still available in Mexico. It only came in cans. Three X's on the label got me to try it, was hooked for a few years. I am a hundred miles from the border and they don't know about it here. It was maybe even thicker and richer than Modelo. Quite refreshing I must say.
There is some cloud forest at higher elevations just inland a bit there. Parrots, Motmots, all kinds of crazy birds. Have a great trip, with lots of tacos y cerveza.
