Tim Pawlenty announces run for Minnesota governor, again.

Pawlenty's long public record and most recent job as a bank lobbyist will give his opponents ammunition.

Is this guy for real?? Well, Minnesota doesn't have term limits for governor so, here we go again. Yet somehow they only ever end up serving one or two four-year terms; I would love it if Dayton would change his mind and run again, just to run against Mr. Rob from education and health care to pay (part of) the deficit here. The guy was the CEO of a bank lobby (Financial Services Roundtable) for fuck's sake!! Never mind his abysmal record as governor. The only good thing he did was pass the smoking ban in bars and restaurants. Still, nothing would surprise me any more these days.

Our primary is August 14th; the only candidate I like so far is Berniecrat Rebecca Otto. GO HOME TIM!!!
