Soon, Very Soon, the internet will be swamped with a flood of libertarian, neoliberal Elon Musk cucks. They will remind us all that Elon Musk is brilliant beyond measure and that everyone who doubts this should get down on their knees and eagerly service Musk's nutsack.
The reason we will be told is that Musk has brought Twitter back to profitability.

Elon Musk said that Twitter’s finances are improving to the point that the social media company could return to posting positive cash flow next quarter, as the chief executive attempts to cut costs, lure back advertisers and navigate the platform’s tech woes.

Speaking at a Morgan Stanley investor conference on Tuesday, Musk said that cash flow at the company he bought for $44bn last year would break even in the second quarter, adding that it might even become positive in that period.

There you go. Musk fired something like 70% of the workforce before he even knew what they did, but that's still OK because it all worked out. All of those engineers and programmers and administrators weren't needed after all. Genius!

Twitter experienced a number of glitches for over an hour Monday as links stopped working, some users were unable to log in and images were not loading for others.

The company, which has experienced an uptick of instability and bugs in recent months after Elon Musk cut its staff sharply, said "Some parts of Twitter may not be working as expected right now. We made an internal change that had some unintended consequences."

Trying to visit Twitter's help page Monday led to an error message that said "Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint" and displays a link to a software developer page that also didn't work.

Twitter engineers and experts have warned that the platform is at an increased risk of fraying since Musk fired most of the people who worked on keeping it running. Last month, a bug left users unable to send tweets.

Yeh. I guess those guys actually do things.
Without them bugs don't get fixed, customer requests don't get responded to, and new, better products don't get developed.
Musk has returned Twitter to profitability in the exact same way that Vulture Funds do to their victims.

Nevertheless, the shift to a leaner operation has caused internal chaos and repeated technical issues for users.

The company has also faced mounting scrutiny from regulators over its ability to comply with social media rules. On Tuesday, a report by the Republican-led House judiciary committee said regulators at the Federal Trade Commission has previously asked Twitter to hand over internal communications relating to Musk since the acquisition, as well as details around its new premium subscription service, Twitter Blue.

Gutting Twitter has also made Twitter out of compliance with regulations. So it's only a matter of time before they get sanctioned in Europe and other places.

In fact, Twitter had managed to become profitable in 2018 and 2019, and has lost money since Elon purchased the company.
