Album of the Week 12-7-24

Afternoon folks!
It's a bluesy afternoon here. We've got a late-60's Lowell Fulson (sometimes spelled Fulsom) album followed by a Dobie Gray album, the one with his big hit, "Drift Away" on it. After that it's some classic Bo Diddley followed by some blues rock with albums from Jesse "Ed" Davis, NRBQ and John Baldry. We finish up with a classic Traffic album.
Have a great weekend and enjoy the tunes!
Here 'tis:
Lowell Fulsom ~ Let's Go Get Stoned
John Baldry ~ Everything Stops For Tea
Traffic ~ The Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys

Hi joe
Dobie Gray - Drift Away, is a perfect beginning to an enjoyable evening for me. Thank you very much for the great musical background.
Enjoy the weekend!
Me again
I feel like I’m on a bit of a magical mystery tour … from The melancholic lyrics of I’m Sorry, and the upbeat African sound of Bo’s Guitar next.
Then skipping to the great Traffic album with The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys. That whole album is a great reminiscent trip of a favourite.
afternoon janis...
