Morning - sorry for the delay, words for a diary simply would not come together last night and this am hit the snooze button on the alarm.
There is no single theme in the headlines this morning. It as if the deck of cards were thrown in the air and still not completely landed. And I am drining coffee - no tea leaves to read.

I was reviewing an article on Asia Times on a new method to make $$$ with blockchain for today's OT. Every time I read the method it seems exploitive.

I posit this question: Using the old pyramid, we are highly obese, short life spans, lots of heart problems, and the majority of the population is on some pill that they must take for life.
Going back to my days, pre-former pyramid, rural folks raised their own meat and ate wildlife. They ate the fruit and vegetables they grew. They were healthy, more often dying in old age from an accident. That's how I grew up, that's what I have mostly eaten all my life, although not home grown, but I am selective on product sources. I am not and have never been obese, have no health issues, take no medications of any kind for any reason.
Not sure what the vegan push is all about. Methinks Bill Gates and his ilk want to keep those prime ribs for themselves.
