fall on me on the way to work this AM, and had the first freeze last night. It's been a long and very pleasant Indian summer, and it'll be right back up into the 60s for a few more days after this.
Many of the leaves are still on the trees, though colorful, so I'm glad that it is just a small flaking. Usually, this time of year, we get a branch-stripper storm or two. But that makes it official: time to start wearing long pants and socks again. Sigh...
yesterday's (i was out of commission) plus still trying to organizize my e. sierra pics, which do have some color, even though generally "alpine".
Good luck with the plumbing, far from my favorite task.

The impact is mostly psychological. It's small, relatively speaking, compared to out of pocket expenses so far, a trifling sum, it's just the idea of someone helping to mitigate the losses, helps a lot. They should wait until the whole claim is decided, before telling claimants, claim denied, claim denied, claim denied. It was such a downer. Then to get a letter almost four hours later, oh, this part of your claim approved.
Ms. So purchased a relatively comfortable chair so she would have something to sit on. Can I get it delivered today? Answer, do you have the ap, scan the qr code, pay online, blah, blah, blah, we don't do that here anymore, you have to do it online. Luckily, there is friend from her church with a trailer that's been helping us, we'll give him the cash if they don't want it.
