Whirlwind of Wars

Open Thread Image.jpg

Are we on the brink of WWIII or are we already in it? There's a looming war with China. A NATO proxy war with Russia in Ukraine which has the west in a panic. Plus the Gaza genocide which has SW Asia in a swirl of conflict, and the global majority seeing the US as aiding and abetting the criminal conflict. Additionally our own government appears to be targeting its own people with health scams, mass migration, and the kabuki theater of election distraction to make us think we have options. Yeah right. All as the Biden regime conducts lawfare against Trump.
The positive news comes from the BRICS+ and their new world order prospering through cooperation. All this and more below the fold...

US Leaders Pushing for Three-Front War When They Can’t Handle One

“We don't have the means to fight that [one-front] war, let alone, a three-front war. Right now, we're doing very poorly. The United States is doing very poorly just trying to work through a proxy against Russia,” Maloof explained. “If you have a direct confrontational approach to war with Russia, then China and… Iran, there’s no way the United States is going to be able to sustain that.”... “We don’t have the industrial capability right now [to fight a war with China.] We’d have to shift our industries,” explained Maloof. “It would take a considerable amount of time given the sophistication of the weapons we use, as opposed to WWII.”...
On Monday, a bipartisan group of US representatives visited Taiwan against the protests of Beijing, promising Taiwanese lawmakers that the US-supplied weapons would be coming soon and publicly warning China from invading the island.
“In disregard of China’s strong opposition, relevant members of the US Congress still decided to visit Taiwan, which violates the one-China principle, the three China-US joint communiqués, and the US government’s own political commitment to maintaining only unofficial relations with the Taiwan region, and sends a severely wrong signal to ‘Taiwan independence’ separatist forces,” ...
On Wednesday, Yemeni Houthi forces announced that they had brought down a US MQ-9 Reaper reconnaissance and strike drone. The US claimed that the drone was lost due to technical problems but it was the sixth such drone to be lost over Yemen since the Houthi movement began blockading the Red Sea against ships it says are connected to Israel.
Despite a nearly $1 trillion budget, the United States military is unable to secure a major shipping lane from a government they don’t officially recognize in one of the poorest countries in the world, resulting in a 50% reduction of shipping through the Suez Canal compared to last year...
Yet lawmakers in the US are openly brag about the war not only with China but with Russia and Iran as well, all significantly more powerful opponents than the Yemeni Houthis.

I think TPTB are willing to lose. The purpose is profit.

The best explanation I heard this week of all three conflicts comes from Tony Norfield, UK banker.

The ways of war are changing. Artificial intelligence is used to bomb families in Gaza. Flying drones are deployed to track down refugees on the US-Mexico border.
But the biggest change is the one we talk about the least: the privatization of war. From Yemen to Sudan, Syria to Nigeria, tens of thousands of guns for hire now fight on behalf of foreign powers.

Defense Chiefs Talk Taiwan, As U.S. Lawmakers Stoke Tensions with Anti-China Delegation
w/ KJ Noh and Rachel Blevins (20 min)
The Defense chiefs from the U.S. and China came face-to-face for the first time in two years this week, on the sidelines of a summit in Singapore, where U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin complained about Chinese military activities in the South China Sea, and Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun warned the U.S. to stay out of Beijing's internal affairs.
Journalist and Geopolitical Analyst KJ Noh noted that while in-person communication is a step in the right direction, it shouldn't take away from the fact that the U.S. continues to stoke tensions with China, especially in Taiwan, where a bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers sent a delegation this week...

the US has ... used the issue of Taiwan in its efforts to see China ‘weakened’. That is why this supplemental appropriation allots $8.1 billion for ‘Indo-Pacific security’, including $3.9 billion in armaments for Taiwan and $3.3 billion for submarine construction in the US. Taiwan is not alone as a potential frontline state in this pressure campaign against China: the newly formed Squad, made up of Australia, Japan, the Philippines, and the US, uses solvable conflicts between the Philippines and China as opportunities to weaponise dangerous manoeuvres with the hope of provoking a reaction from China that would give the US an excuse to attack it.

Our new dossier, The New Cold War is Sending Tremors Through Northeast Asia, published in collaboration with the International Strategy Centre (Seoul, South Korea) and No Cold War, argues that ‘the US-led New Cold War against China is destabilising Northeast Asia along the region’s historic fault lines as part of a broader militarisation campaign that extends from Japan and South Korea, through the Taiwan Strait and the Philippines, all the way to Australia and the Pacific Islands’. The bogeyman for this build-up in what the US calls the ‘Indo-Pacific’ (a term developed to draw India into the alliance to encircle China) is North Korea, whose nuclear and missile programmes are used to justify asymmetrical mobilisation along the Pacific edge of Asia. That South Korea’s military budget in 2023 ($47.9 billion) was more than twice North Korea’s GDP ($20.6 billion) in the same year is just one example that highlights this imbalance. This use of North Korea, the dossier argues, ‘has always been a fig leaf for US containment strategies – first against the Soviet Union and today against China’.

Let move to the collapsing Ukraine proxy war where the west with increasing frustration wants to escalate by sending in NATO troops, encouraging missile strikes deep into Russia, and trying to provoke Russia to strike a NATO nation.

Pepe Escobar: The West is Hell-Bent on Provoking Russia Into Hot War

The warning by President Putin could not be starker: “In the event of the use of long-range weapons, the Russian Armed Forces will again have to make decisions about expanding the sanitary zone further (…) Do they want global conflict? It seemed they wanted to negotiate [with us], but we don’t see much desire to do this.” ...
It does not get more serious than that. “They”, as Putin alluded to, do seem to want “global conflict”. That’s at the heart of NATO’s new suicidal “ecstasy” strategy.
The escalation “ecstasy” defined by Peskov went out of control since a – secret - new batch of ATACMS was dispatched to Kiev earlier this year, complemented with longer-range ATACMS. Kiev has been using them for serious hits on Russian air bases and key air defense nodes. These ATACMS fire missiles at Mach 3 speed: a serious challenge even for the best Russian air defense systems.
All that seems to point to a crucial decision enveloped in several layers of fog: as the incoming, cosmic NATO humiliation in the black soil of Novorossiya becomes self-evident day after day, the Western elites who really run the show are betting on provoking a full Hot War against Russia.

Is Georgia Ukraine 2.0?
Scott Ritter: Georgian 'Foreign Agents' Law Exposes Western Influence and Protects Sovereignty
Georgia's "foreign agents bill," which designates non-governmental organizations (NGOs) receiving more than 20 percent of their funding from abroad as "pursuing the interests of a foreign power," became law on May 28. The US immediately announced sanctions against Georgian politicians backing the legislation, while the EU threatened to freeze the country’s candidate status.
One might wonder as to why the law, which resembles the US' Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), has been received with such animosity in the West. The crux of the matter is that the legislation is aimed at exposing the West's deep disrespect of Georgia's sovereignty.
"In Georgia today, as we speak, there are 27,000 Western-funded NGOs. What are these non-governmental organizations doing? It's about buying a generation of Georgian citizens, a young generation, a generation that has lost touch with who they are and what they are as Georgians, a generation that is out of touch with the reality of what happened to Georgia in the 1990s,"

The Duran also discussed the situation in Georgia.

Rather than stop weapons to Israel Biden double-downed on it (13 min)

Don't forget about the Houthis. They are able to continue striking ships and US drones.
$180m worth of US military hardware is junk courtesy of the Houthis. (10 min)
...whilst too many eyes were on the results of the hush money trial, Genocide Joe decided to bomb Yemen again all of a sudden, with Rishi Sunak following suit as fast as his little legs could carry him and why? Well handing more arms to Ukraine and allowing Israel to continue to pound Gaza doesn’t seem to be enough war for him, so with the Houthis continuing to make nuisances of themselves for pro Israel forces, not least the US itself, he’s decided to have another go at them as well. Israel is literally bombing tents at this point and not only is that fine and not crossing a red line, as far as Genocide Joe is concerned, but is aiding them once again by attacking one of the nations still determined to hold Israel to account, even if he won’t.
Right, so overnight Yemen has been struck by a joint US and UK force, the first such strike on the Houthis in 3 months, that has, according to the Associated Press killed 16 and wounded some 35 others. 13 different locations, including the Houthi occupied capita of Sanaa and the port of Aden were struck, though of the targets hit, from telecommunications towers to missile launchers, to one the Houthis boats, but the Houthis themselves drew attention to just one of them, in another port city of Hodeida, where a building that housed civilians as well as Hodeida Radio, was hit and they’ve drawn attention to this particular target because they claim all those hit there were civilians and are now promising even more retaliation against US and UK forces for having carried out this attack on them.
Let’s remember that the Houthis are only doing what they are doing because the US and the UK are doing what they are doing to aid and abet the genocide Israel is meting out in Gaza. Yemen are standing by Gaza, standing by the victims, the occupied and so here we have Western forces attacking them again, but it is not coming without cost. You see the Houthis have not only of course been making a nuisance of themselves to pro Israel forces, they’ve been doing so on the cheap and they’ve been getting better and better at it as time is going on, hence this apparent escalation in direct attacks upon them by the US and UK, the most ardent of pro Israel nations right now, both in sore need of a leadership shake up, neither looking particularly likely to do so in any meaningful way sadly.
Just yesterday, for example, a home made missile took down what was their 6th MQ-9 Reaper drone since October 7th, these things worth some $30m each and it does tickle me in a dark sort of way to imagine a couple of Houthis in a shed somewhere risking blowing themselves up to build a missile that was capable of taking one of these stupidly expensive horrible things down and they’ve done it 6 times now, hence there now being some $180m worth of US hardware, now junk, littering the Yemeni landscape.

The Fall of Minneapolis
I not seen it to recommend it but heard an interview with the two that put it together.
The film is based on Liz Collin’s Amazon bestseller, “They’re Lying: The Media, The Left, and The Death of George Floyd,” which exposes the holes in the prevailing narrative surrounding George Floyd’s death, the trial of Derek Chauvin, and the fallout the city of Minneapolis has suffered ever since.
The documentary features more than a dozen interviews with the people directly involved, including exclusive interviews with former officers Derek Chauvin and Alexander Kueng who spoke to Liz Collin from prison. The families of Chauvin and Kueng also speak out publicly for the first time.
The film also features current and former Minneapolis police officers who tell their harrowing stories from the riots, recount the planned surrender of the Third Precinct, and explain why so many of them left the job.
Sounds interesting anyway, and something always seem odd about the BLM protests to me.

When TPTB kicked Trump off Twitter, I objected saying you will be next. Now I'm saying the same thing about weaponizing the Just Us system and creating a lawfare system. Jury Finds Trump Guilty on All 34 Felony Charges in New York Trial
Keep in mind that these are 34 made-up felonies based on how an expense was recorded by accountants and attorneys. Trump did not record the expense. The expense was recorded according to accounting standards.
Keep in mind that a single accounting reporting charge, a misdemeanor, was magically turned into 34 federal felonies of election violations, if memory serves, the argument being that Trump won the election by misreporting the expense. There are so many civil and criminal show trials going on against Trump that it is hard to keep track of all the absurdities. Keep in mind that it is a case without complainants, without harmed parties.
It is a case brought by a prosecutor who can show no party harmed.

Robert Barnes explains the case and convection in the first few minutes and goes into detail over the rest of the clip...

Robert Barnes on the Donald Trump Conviction

The Trump Trial Harkens Back to a Dark Period of American Law (Turley)

Even liberal legal analysts and figures have admitted that the case against Trump was unprecedented and would not have been brought against anyone other than Trump. CNN legal analyst Elie Honig recently wrote that there should be concern over a judge being appointed (not randomly selected) who is not just a Biden donor but someone who “has earmarked donations for ‘resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.’” Adding to these concerns is the movement of the third-highest official in the Biden Justice Department to the staff of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to build the case against Trump. Before joining the case, Matthew Colangelo was also paid by the Democratic National Committee for “political consulting.” So Trump was convicted in a trial with a Biden donor judge, who has a daughter who is a major Democratic operative, a lead prosecutor previously paid as a DNC political consultant and a jury selected in a district that voted roughly 90% against Trump.
The trial itself was a travesty. Even after sitting in the courtroom watching the trial and the verdict, I still have no idea what Trump was convicted of in the case. The charges were built on a dead misdemeanor barred with the passage of the statute of limitations. It was zapped back into life by alleging that the falsification of business records occurred to unlawfully influence the 2016 presidential election. Merchan told the jury members that they did not have to agree on what those unlawful means may have been. Specifically, he allowed them to base their verdict on any one of three vaguely defined crimes of a federal election violation, falsification of business records or taxation violations.

I'm not a Trump fan, but I'm more opposed to weaponizing the legal system than I am opposed to Trump. The propaganda creating Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) has been very effective. Many of my friends are infected and still believe the false Russiagate narrative. Most of them read the WaPo and NYT...not a coincidence.

US President Joe Biden has called on Americans to accept the guilty verdict handed down to his political rival, Donald Trump. Biden argued that his presidential predecessor was “reckless” and “irresponsible” to suggest that the trial was orchestrated by the White House.

Alex opened yesterday with a demonic smile from Biden when asked if he orchestrated the trial and conviction.

Overturned.jpg

The great irony of it all is that it is and will backfire, much like sanctions.
The Democrats just sealed Donald Trump’s victory in November

The Orange Man’s guilty verdict will only make him stronger, and real jail time is unlikely
Members of the Democratic Party continue to fail to understand that the more mud they fling at the former president, the dirtier they look by comparison.
Because the crimes are nonviolent and Trump has no prior convictions, any chance of prison time is a long shot. What could happen instead is that Judge Juan Merchan could sentence him to house arrest – which would undoubtedly make ankle bracelets, much like the famous Trump ‘mug shot,’ the latest fashion accessory – probation or some other lighter form of supervised release.
Another option that would backfire in the Democratic Party’s face is the imposition of community service. While Democrats may relish the idea of Trump being forced to join a prison work gang as punishment, it’s too easy to imagine millions of Trump supporters turning out at some soup kitchen or animal shelter to throw their support behind the most controversial figure in American politics today.

Donald Trump raised $53 Million Dollars in SMALL DOLLAR DONATIONS in 24 Hours!

From the other cheek of the same ass...

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) is attempting to prevent the release of the audio of the infamous “memory interview” between US President Joe Biden and special counsel Robert Hur, arguing that “deepfakes” may appear as a result. Hur was investigating Biden’s handling of classified documents he obtained as a senator and vice president. While Hur wrote in his report that Biden likely violated the law intentionally, he declined to press charges because he thought Biden would appear to the jury as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” It also noted that Biden had trouble remembering when he was vice president and which year his son Beau died. The DOJ issued a filing on Friday that argued “The passage of time and advancements in audio, artificial intelligence, and ‘deep fake’ technologies only amplify concerns about malicious manipulation of audio files. If the audio recording is released here, it is easy to foresee that it could be improperly altered, and that the altered file could be passed off as an authentic recording and widely distributed.”

So it is go after Trump and run cover for Biden. It is Orwellian alright.

So the war on citizens, you and me, is varied and on multiple levels. It is weird thinking of your own government as being after you, but it is what it is.

To conclude this long and intense Whirlwind...
We are indeed enmeshed in a whirlwind of war. The US/NATO power block only understands escalation and refuses to back down or compromise. Wars overseas and war at home against their own citizens. Loyal only to personal profit and the WEF agenda. Do any of you see a means of correction? Voting sure won't do it...the system is broken and the Constitution is ignored meaning there are no rules except those TPTB enforce, many created on the spot. As I often say, my only solution is to hide here in the holler. I love the US for its people, natural resources, and beautiful ecosystems, but I am disgusted with the nature of the US government. We are the evil empire, and I feel caught in the filth of our actions.

As always, I look forward to your stories, insights, and thoughts below. Have a great Sunday!

According to Russian military officials, the NATO officers who died were highly trained specialists from the European Union, including pilots and engineers of American aircraft, as well as senior officers of the alliance.

Hopefully some day we will learn the number of Americans who died in Ukraine. Rumors were that there were top American military killed in Mariupol and the hit on Ukraine’s security building and other places that got bombed. Not to mention the military personnel being called mercenaries.

a different type or form has long been with us, but now it is out of the Box and will be a constant threat and presence to another class and category of persons.

Cointelpro used a lot of a form of lawfare, tons of baseless warrants generating arrests and prosecutions, set-ups, planted evidence, frame-ups, perjured testimony and more against those whom Jedgar and his minions considered to be guilty of thought crimes and improper associations. The war on drugs, too, was a form of lawfare. To facilitate these types of warfare team Clinton-Biden criminalized more stuff to a greater degree, enhanced sentencing and all that. There was also, among the political classes, the occasional use of the phone booth to "drop a dime" on some target who would then be investigated and possibly prosecuted based on the resulting "anonymous informant", somewhat the predecessor of swatting. It wasn't too often or widely used because it could trigger a tit-for-tat affray between the target/victim and those whom said target suspected of ratting him or her out. They are, after all, none of them clean.

I expect to see more of this latest style of lawfare on a regular basis in the future.

The administration is deranged. I have to comment that the Firstpost video is so snarky and unselfconscious in its anti-China bias it's amusing. What about that dramatic music in the background?

First of all, why is the Taiwan presidential palace still in the old Japanese colonial administration building? The Japanese colonial administration building in Seoul was torn down as soon as they got their first real democratic administration. Why does the President Lee have an Anglo nickname? The vice president was born in Japan raised in the US? Also there is no shortage of ammunition in China, any shortage that exists is in the west. Third, there were no actual "territorial violations," by the recent Chinese exercise forces that I'm aware of in reporting so far. An ADIZ is not a territorial feature in international law, neither is the "centerline" in the strait. I'm certain China can "manage" a war effort against Taiwan.

Speaking of three front wars, A US war in the western pacific involves at minimum the effort of two fronts alone, if not three, the Korean-Japan front, the Taiwan front, and the South China Sea front. I know that certain elements in India encouraged by the US salivate over the prospect. Marcos of the Philippines is like a mad dog. Oh yes, that's what we should do, let some demagogue corrupt relic of the past decide when the US should get into a war with China.

President Lee's circumstance as described by KJ Noh, remind one of Yoon's in South Korea. Both are US-Japanese proxies who don't have a legislative majority. Yoon's administration is mired down politically, approval rating 21 percent. His government lacks normal checks and balances as well that one would like to see in a "free" country. What exists in South Korea instead is an arbitrary unchecked authoritarian administration, that runs by vetoing legislation, substituting administrative rule, and arbitrary prosecutions of press, civic leaders, and political rivals. How long will he last?

I saw a close up of the North Korean poop balloon detritus landing in South Korea, in one instance, and it does look like feces. There have been over 700 of these balloon overflights into South Korea, so far, according to the South Korean news.

While on the topic of human waste which seems to be viral now-

I think there is good reason to believe he is not Chinese. Why did he write "toilet" in English when he vandalized Tokyo's controversial Yasukuni war shrine? I regard his accent when speaking English as Japanese. Hall says elsewhere in his thread that there are reports that Chinese have spit at the shrine before.

Thanks for the WW Lookout, really appreciate the East Asian news, especially the Tricontinental article. I've tried to post my comment 5X now, hope this works.

And it was a thoughtful comment, thanks. I'm not sure which firstpost video you mentioned, but they are from India which as you know has issues with China. Perhaps Russia will act as the mediator as Pepe suggests.

George Galloway covered the "garbage" balloon story on his live show today. I think it is still live, but you can rewind to the beginning and toward the end of his monologue he shows a picture.

Inserting Westernized puppet leaders is our stock and trade.

Thanks for all your Asia news!

“Taiwan’s Independence Means War” as Xi Jinping’s Military Surrounds Taiwan

Same for the Transcontinental article:

The New Cold War Is Sending Tremors through Northeast Asia

This is most important key in whole article, the section on the Rearmament of Japan. A lot of observers like to deny Japan agency, but their government is very much in sync with US objectives. I wouldn't blame Japan as a whole, I don't think they have much say in the matter. It's just the LDP and the far right. Of course, the US encourages it.

the historian Andrew Levidis notes, ‘A straight line runs between Kishi and the present, linking Japan’s [current] conservative elite to the wartime and imperialist era’.

By keeping the right wing in power, the United States prevented Japan from having to reckon with its imperialist past and whitewashed its history in order to foster Japan’s remilitarisation and strengthen the US strategic position in Asia.

The rest of the tweet:

"The center of the world, at this hour when the most terrible of wars is being prepared, is not on European soil. It is over there between the coasts of the Americas and the coasts of Asia. This was reiterated yesterday at an international conference held in Singapore, where the Americans repeated that, whatever happens in Europe or the Middle East, their priority is in the Asia-Pacific zone, which they call the Indo-Pacific so that the enemy is better identified. For them, it is China. They want war because 50% of the world's wealth is produced there.

More than 50% of the world's population is there. The United States of America is in competition with China, but not ideologically. Who initiated the first agreements with China to outsource factories if not the United States of America themselves? They cannot tell us that it is a fight for freedom against I don't know what. All of this is nonsense. It's just because China is becoming the world's leading power, and from there, gradually, dollars will no longer be used as much as before to trade goods.

Thus, the empire is hit at its core. Its core is its currency, which it can print as much as it wants because it is not bound by any of the rules that apply to all other nations. They can print as much as they want, as long as you need it for your exchanges, to buy raw materials, to buy oil, to buy minerals, etc., etc. And the day it stops, that is, the day nations agree among themselves to pay in their currency, it's over, and the empire collapses.

Therefore, they engage in competition that is not free and completely distorted, supported by weapons. That is their policy. And meanwhile, the foolish Europeans are there saying, "Ah, of course, we agree with freedom. Ah, of course, that is an excellent program." When this program by the North Americans, in truth, also involves robbing Europe, as has already begun.

That is where the greatest threat of war lies because it would be a total war, as weapons there do not have the same range, the same significance as elsewhere. As in Europe, notably atomic weapons. Remember what I am telling you because you will pay a little more attention to it as you hear more about it. And we, the French, are concerned because we are present in this zone through Polynesia, through the territory of New Caledonia Kanaki, through our presence in Reunion in the Indian Ocean.

Therefore, the French have something to say, and in particular this: we do not want a war with China. And we will oppose by all diplomatic means to prevent it from happening."

I think it was about Ukraine instead of Taiwan.

"Never before have so many people lined up for peace. We are the biggest peace corps, the largest peacekeeping force in Europe," the prime minister said, as quoted by Reuters. "Europe must be prevented from rushing into war, into its own destruction."

Thanks for the speech from France. The China sanctions will be as harmful to France as the Russian ones. They can't learn.

How does the government of Israel treat Christians? In the West, Christian leaders don’t seem interested in knowing the answer. They should be. Here’s the view of a pastor from Bethlehem.

The food pyramid stuff was very interesting. My young secretary is beginning to change her habits, get her children accustomed to real, unadulterated food. We discuss grocery lists a lot.
Naomi Wolf's video with Brand on immigration was 10 minutes available to anyone who has not yet figured this shit out.
We are a major point of entry down on the Texas border. I have a friend who is an agent for Ice. It absolutely is not refugees fleeing from hunger, gangs, civil wars...It is a future police/militia force that could care less about good ol' USA.

Great stuff here today, friend!

Welp that sure backfired on Biden.

If Democrats needed further confirmation that prosecuting Donald Trump on an obscure misdemeanor elevated to a felony just for him... (while the same DA reduced 60% of felonies to misdemeanors last year), the Trump campaign has raised over $200 million since Thursday's verdict in the former president's New York 'hush money' trial.

@snoopydawg

https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/trump-s-been-convicted-now-hunter-biden-s-gu...

(Bloomberg) -- Hunter Biden is set to become the first child of a sitting US president tried for crimes, just days after the historic guilty verdict against Donald Trump — two events that may inject fresh uncertainty into the 2024 election.

Jury selection begins Monday in the first of two cases Hunter Biden has tried to avoid for years, both to stay out of prison and spare his father, President Joe Biden, political and personal turmoil as he runs for a second term most likely against Trump.

The trial in Wilmington, Delaware, on three federal gun violations is expected to plumb the depths of the younger Biden’s drug use. During that period, prosecutors allege he lied about his substance abuse on a federal form to illegally purchase a firearm.

Special Counsel David Weiss has indicated he plans to raise painful events from the Biden family’s past related to Hunter’s conduct and events that involve the president. Still, White House officials largely view the trial as a private matter for Biden’s son tied to his personal behavior from years ago.

snip:

Hunter Biden also has been charged by Weiss in Los Angeles for nine federal tax violations and is scheduled to go on trial in that case in September.

The gun trial is expected to be short but dramatic, with prosecutors airing details about Hunter Biden’s drug-laden years that include excerpts from a book he wrote about it, Beautiful Things: A Memoir.

“His book is replete with admissions that establish he knew he was an addict and knew he was using crack cocaine throughout 2018, including in October 2018 when he purchased and possessed the gun,” prosecutors wrote in a May 20 trial brief.

No one is above the law. I can’t believe that Hunter’s lawyer didn’t stop him from writing his tell all book where he admitted that the laptop was his. The court also affirmed that and I’m sure that any day now we’ll see Blinken charged for election interference…and if Biden paid him then he too could be charged with the same thing Trump was charged with. Now wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants?
Hillary also broke election law because of the Steele dossier. She has already paid a fine for it. Statute of limitations seem to be flexible these days and so….?

I had to look up the meaning of flank speed:

Flank speed is an American nautical term referring to a ship's true maximum speed but it is not equivalent to the term full speed ahead. Usually, flank speed is reserved for situations in which a ship finds itself in imminent danger, such as coming under attack by aircraft. Flank speed is very demanding of fuel and often unsustainable because of propulsion system limitations. The related term emergency may not be any faster than flank but it indicates that the ship should be brought up to maximum speed in the shortest possible time

$500 drones are taking out $10 million tanks in Ukraine and $300 drones from Yemen are causing million dollar aircraft carriers to flee the scene after America has spent billions in weapons to safeguard the ships and flatten the area they are coming from.
Ukraine has abandoned so many American weapons because they are hard to use and when they do Russia takes them out.

Ahh well lots of shareholders and congress critters have gotten rich off the useless things and that’s what counts right?
