You might want to add a k to now and make it know in 4th stanza, or whatever they're called. And yes, according to some study I heard about on the teevee news, correcting this sort of thing supposedly makes me a sociopath. Whatevah!

In a Daily Kos Diary entitled The evolution of Daily Kos to Daily HRC, a comment by chicago minx reads:

I looked at that caucus99 site.

It was dreary and dead...seems like whatever traffic they were supposedly going to get from Markos’ edict was already gone.

News to us, of course, and especially news to our esteemed host JtC, who's been burning the midnight oils nearly every night since the Ides of March Edict trying to keep up with all that non-existent new traffic.

User pricknick replied bestest, methinks:

Many sites are now better than this crap fest.

followed by some excellent fact-backing by Fishtroller01 (Fishtroller02 here) and angel d about the real state of things.

The original Diary was a Kossack writer lamenting what once was, and the dry husks that are what it is now. And (s)he's gotten plenty of crap from the "mindless, ensorcelled minions" over there who love it just as it is now.

Some of us don't spend their entire day at one website, paid or unpaid.

Let them 'enjoy' the sound of echoes ricocheting around a hopefully shrinking chamber.

For a while. It certainly isn't dead. The pace and essays seem to be picking up daily. The quality of what's posted is great and the tone is wonderful. Such a relief. Such a pleasure. Yay!

Actually I think it probably should have been GOS - short for Great Orange Satan. Or else TOP (The Other Place). Seems I somehow got the two jumbled together in my mind. Oh well... easy to get confused with all the abbreviations we have around here!
