I'm still here......

Just a short note to let everybody know I'm still here and following matters as best as I can.

I've been dealing with a few system hardware issues (laptop DC power jack issues) but I am still hereabouts.

A few spats about COVID-19 aren't enough to keep me away from here! c99's stuck with me unless and until Monsieur le Conqueroo throws me out!!

Glad you got your stuff fixed and can enjoy the fray.

Still workin' on getting my junk fixed ( Wink ) but am string-and-baling-wiring along as best I can.

For my current Asus K54C, any replacement DC power jack must come from China. It might even be closer to get something from dear janis b!

Point being: I'm not baling from here. I have a 3-digit user number and am quite proud of it!

I don't know yet; but the selection seems to be far better than I've yet found in North America. It'll take some digging to find out.

It may be or not, that the part needed is in stock here. If it is I would be able to have it delivered to my door in a matter of days by the most amazing courier system. How long it would take to arrive in CO at this time, I don't know .
