Friday Night Photography
These are from my trip to Nevada last week and I came through a wicked snow storm. The wind was incredibly strong and maybe if the area of the photos got lots of rain and wind it could cause the wavy look, but doesn’t explain why it looked more like an earthquake hit the area. Maybe. It’s not too far from the one we had just a year ago.
I have 2 of the sand that got hung up in the whoknowswhere place so I’ll post in comments. Lots of problems with my email tonight and I can’t get the photos I want. Still working on it. Sorry for the just photos.
There were longer and deeper cracks. The top few inches are pure salt like I said last week and more salty than salt. It’s very strong and has a bite to it. Crunchy sounding, but it’s very hard and I could stand on some of them without collapsing. Interesting area. Utah also recently found some more raptors. They are getting some name like Utah raptor but much cooler

Here's the world from my window...
on this last day of winter...
cherry, forsythia, spirea, daffodils, and redbud (with dogwoods swelling and blooming soon).
May as well have a fiddle tune on our usual music session night too.
How about the Lookout blues from my friend and neighbor?

Spring is springing there
How wonderful. I love this time of year. I watch daily as the buds start budding and then BLOOM.
Did you read about the Sam dawg's escapades today. She is quite tuckered out.

No problem
Gah! I keep messing up the photos. BRB
ETA. I also updated the essay if you missed it. Weird night and lots of damn noise outside.
Wave looking formations.
Sorry if this is boring, but I have found this area fascinating and it is ever changing. It’s 300 miles round trip and the area is just 5 miles outside Wendover so it’s not like I can just skip over there. I’d love to though. Hey and oh wait I can stay in Bendover and get up early and then get it at sunset. The sun would be at my back so my shadow will be fun to get out of the photos.
