All we need is outside observers
Because our election are so nutty with each state acting as essentially their own conundrum, it would make some sort of out side observers almost impossible to coordinate. But I would be surprised to hear less jokey talk of such a thing in my lifetime as the US becomes weaker in the eyes of the rest of the globe.
