Daily Kos and caucus99percent do not occupy the same reality. They are not friends or enemy's they just don't exist in the same universe. What's your interest in either the type face size or oozing up to this community in which many of us left dkos because they had had enough of the anti democratic mind set at dkos? Are you trying to sniff out a peace treaty by waving a white flag at the errant escapees? Do you come bearing gifts like maybe a spinning top?
So much other interesting content in non-primary times is over there. A lot of the people who post about airplanes or history or the weather or green energy are being drowned out. I miss the distraction.
Then I'm interested in it. But honestly, I'd rather not promote the site with my traffic and I very much see it as my enemy. DKOS is just another propaganda arm of the establishment at this point. That makes it my active enemy.

The people on DKos don't care about topics of substance. It's as simple as that. They want hot button diaries that they can feel good by opposing or supporting. Egos must be messaged. Banners must be hoisted.

- with the font changed and youtube embeds no longer appearing. As mentioned above, it turned out to be a ghostery issue, not a DK-specific problem. There is a fix for firefox with setting ghostery to always allow google fonts and youtube, but no solution yet for Opera or Chrome. Right now, I can't use youtube at all in Opera, even going to the youtube site, although at least youtube.com does work for Chrome. There's more info at the dk helpdesk if anyone else has the problem.
