Life after Bernie
Say what you will about Bernie, you have to give him credit for making it a movement, rather than something that's just about him (cough: Obama).
Yes, the Left will be completely shut out of the White House no matter who wins, but when is that news?
The difference is that when you combine these 2020 wins with the 2018 wins, you start getting a significant block of votes in Congress. Not nearly enough votes to create/pass bills, but enough votes to BLOCK bad bills in close votes.
Nearly as important, progressives are starting to knock off powerful corporate Dems. It both inspires good people to challenge corrupt politicians, and it causes the establishment to do something it hasn't done in generations - give the Left some grudging respect.
It wasn't just a few House seats. The NY state legislature is becoming more progressive, just like in Pennsylvania.

SO GLAD!!!!
This good man won-- it's even better that he could out the war-mongering Israel-firster Engel. Vive La Revolution!

Sounds like good news
I just hope they stay "left". Seems like every corporate democrat originally ran as an FDR democrat. Then they ran towards the money and never looked back.
Some did
But a lot of them ran as centrist before transitioning to just corrupt
Sanders has those coattails that they all allegedly wanted
Meanwhile, I'm waiting for Joe Biden to announce his running mate Ghoullary Clinton, because I don't see the disaster that 2020 has been to be tapering off.
How about Condi Rice? Black and GOPuke.

Progress for the Progressives
This was a big win in New York for Jaamal Bowman and progressives. More will come. The Reagan era is ending but people will go out kicking and screaming. Too bad for them. Bernie started a political revolution and we are seeing it.
