The Revolution is spreading: Great awakening moves to Michigan

Cross-posted from Community Forum

It is with great satisfaction that I watch the Great Awakening (GA). This is not Q's GA, but the People's GA. From the ground up--which is the way all bona fide Revolutions begin. Sooner or later, leaders emerge but we're not there yet.

The impetus for this change in the Old Order ("New" but dying World Order), comes from Draconian overreach by tools of the Deep State (DS). Most national Dems are either members of the DS or fellow travelers. One Bernard Sanders, Viscount of Burlington , is a fellow traveler, but I defer further criticisms of Saint Bernard, the Spineless to other essays except to note that when quitting his controlled opposition campaign, he and Frau Jane have sagely taken the money and run. Since no more funds will be expended upon a shadow campaign, the lucre will be pocketed by the Patron Saint of the 40 Acre Wood, his exclusive hunting preserve on Lake Wannsee.*

That's pretty harsh criticism but WTF, Bernie deserves this and all contempt I can muster. He is and has been in recent years, even pre-2016, a goddam fraud.

The first notice of the GA came to mind just days ago when concerned citizens, unhappy with the disappearance of their rights of assembly, protested horrible Mike De Wine's lockdown. Now, dreadful Gretchen Whitmer is feeling the heat and I hope it gives her 4th degree consequences--burnt to the bone figuratively speaking.

In order to enhance your understanding of Obergruppensführer Whitmer, I present a few pertinent personal facts about this flagrantly out-spoked DS tool. For those who still believe in the Demonrat credo, please cease reading, else your core temperatures rise to unsafe levels. Those of you disabused of the any-blue-will-do (ABWD) nonsense, will find this essay more palatable. (I do enjoy references to food, since my species contains very voracious members).

But AE, why are you so vehemently anti-Blue? Watch the news (MSM style) and watch Nervous Nancy try to sabotage direct relief to small business owners. But boy, does she like the WHO (and I ain't talking Rock and Roll). She loves her some Tedros. Boy, if she could buy a stake in WHO she certainly would.

But on to the primary inspiration of today's DS lesson: Obergurppensführer Whitmer, hereinafter known as the Gov.

Quote:
The net worth of Gretchen Whitmer is $500 thousand USD as of 2020. Politics is the main source of her net worth. She had active participation in the political sector since her early days and received a decent salary being a democratic leader.

About the chassis of the Gov. (very important to those concerned with the deeper issues of her venality--NOT):

Quote:
Height Feet and Inches: 5′ 8″ Meters: 1.72 m Weight Kilograms: 64 kg Pounds: 141lbs Measurement (Breast-Waist-Hips) 35-25-37 Hair Color Dark brown Eye Color Brown Shoe Size (US) 8

Did I mention that she's worth 500K? Pardon the repetition.

From her exalted perch in Lansing MI (which is suitable redoubt for a bird of prey), the Gov. has decreed that in MI, home of Squad member R. Tlaib, the US Constution shall be summarily suspended.

Gov. Whitmer's stay at home order

Included in the video is a clip of the Gov. sagely pronouncing the decree to the assemblage of reporters. Please watch, as it is instructive how such authoritarians, such as Grave Gretchen, just like Nervous Nancy, can seem sooo much like one who cares for the sheeple.

Quote:
This 'Stay Home, Stay Safe' executive order by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer takes effect on March 24, 2020 at 12:01 am, and continues through April 13, 2020 at 11:59 pm.
In summary: People should only leave their homes under very limited circumstances, like for food or medical help. Grocery stores, pharmacies and other businesses deemed essential to life will be allowed to remain open. Residents can also still get takeout from restaurants, and it's OK to go out to take care of a family member, dependent or disabled person, or even just go for a walk.

Here are some of the Order's provisions:

Quote:
Acting under the Michigan Constitution of 1963 and Michigan law, I order the following:
This order must be construed broadly to prohibit in-person work that is not necessary to sustain or protect life.
Subject to the exceptions in section 7, all individuals currently living within the State of Michigan are ordered to stay at home or at their place of residence. Subject to the same exceptions, all public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring among persons not part of a single household are prohibited.
All individuals who leave their home or place of residence must adhere to social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including remaining at least six feet from people from outside the individual’s household to the extent feasible under the circumstances.
No person or entity shall operate a business or conduct operations that require workers to leave their homes or places of residence except to the extent that those workers are necessary to sustain or protect life or to conduct minimum basic operations.

Quote:
16. Consistent with MCL 10.33 and MCL 30.405(3), a willful violation of this order is a misdemeanor.

The legal punishment for violators of her Edikt is not included. For those interested, please consult the Michigan Statutes.

Now that suitable background has been provided, let's view this act of the Revolution as it unfolds in Lansing, People's Republic of Michigan, aptly named Operation Gridlock (OG)

Let's get a view from above to see how this looks from greater altitude than we ants and alligators are used to seeing:

Beautiful. The best traffic jam I have ever witnessed.

And here is the view from terra firma:

Having provided you Communitarians somethings to chew on (there's that food reference again), I gladly follow with musical selections cleverly designed to enhance your reading enjoyment. Headphones and aromatic herbs greatly enhance this experience.

First, musical advice heeded by St. Bernard of Burlington:

Now for the Gov. whose castle is in Lansing: opinions of Michiganders:

For Nervous Nancy, her harridans and pimps:

Cheers to the Revolutionaries taking this to the streets!

when I mention the demonstrations against "lock down" popping up around the country.
Get this sort of sidelong glance with mumbles about "no, haven't seen that". And a flicker of doubt if I am making this up. We have to resist this push to erase our right to assembly. It is getting friggin' bizzare here. Closed parks, playgrounds and access to beaches. This is not about safety. This is the imprisoning of the free mind with fear.

end of rant

@QMS Covidphobia is trying to destroy our first amendment rights, and secondarily our second amendment rights. There are rights, not options. James Madison said so. This is why we have a Bill of Rights, else no Constitution would have been approved. We allegedly have a government by the People, for the People--not the sheeple.

@QMS

I agree with you wholeheartedly! Cops have been hassling people all over the county for sitting in parks in groups of 2-3 and I see no reason to close beaches if people adhere to the social distancing rules. I had my doctor send me a letter saying I must walk every day or my condition gets worse just in case some copper stops me and asks what I am doing walking with my dawg. F'ck off with that nonsense.

Groups. They blocked ambulances from getting into a hospital, despite a doctor coming out and pleading with them. And many were flying confederate flags. I researched the groups the day before the protests. The groups are spreading outright lies about the virus and situation.

I do not applaud this kind of protest.

@Granma @Granma I saw some open carry folks too. Looked like semi-auto assault weapons to me. All of course not respecting the social distancing. Bunch of extremists who've been watching too much Fox. IOW, Trump's base.

Does MI currently enforce any lockdown measures, like large public gatherings? This seems the time for more than a verbal reprimand from concerned Dem pols.

@wokkamile for violating lockdown. It is a question of deciding whether and how to enforce, according to circumstances. I don't know what Michigan did about yesterday's protest. I wanted to know who was sponsoring the protests, having learned that, I would like to know if, and by whom, these groups are being funded.

@Granma But please send me some links to support your assertions. I keep an open mind. The two videos I posted did not seem to be Trumpistic but perhaps I overlooked some of the things you mentioned.

About the Constitution. I agree we must guard against overreach, but sometimes protests are dumb. MI has a particularly fucked economy making people especially antsy and prone to doing dumb things. But hey, if you want to hack up a lung and croak by cosplaying sticking it to the man be my guest.

And they deliberately blocked all possible access to Sparrow hospital, refusing to let ambulances through. People who work at the hospital could not get there.

I don't think that protest had anything to do with awakening. Protesters were big fans of Trump and Fox News. It sounds to me like a new tea party event.

@Granma Are we going to lockdown the entire country during the inevitable influenza epidemic of 20-21? When does too much "protection" become imprisonment? The whole nation must be concerned. A decision as to what freedoms we still possess are worth abating, even temporarily, during future waves of deadly infections.
