In the middle of the road, sounds pretty luxurious to me. Funny stuff.
Always sad to lose those who could make us laugh. Took it read hard years ago when Robin Williams died.

@lotlizard James Taylor (NOT the musician) who was the primary developer of a comprehensive Internet-based bioinformatics suite called Galaxy died last week, at the age of 40, from complications of Covid-19.
Galaxy was created in response to John Iaonnidis's first groundbreaking paper on the problem of irreproducibility in scientific research -- specifically, in the case of that paper, a type of experiment called "microarray analysis". One of the key problems Iaonnidis identified was that it was usually impossible to recreate the exact series of computer-based analyses that were performed on the raw data that came from a microarray. Thus, even if the paper's authors made their raw data available, other investigators might be unable to replicate their results -- never mind the problem of replicating their experiment from scratch, with a new microarray analysis.
If only Taylor had chosen to work on the front lines of Covid-19 in Tacoma, WA, rather than at a backwater like Johns Hopkins!
who passed away on April 11 in Princeton, NJ due to Covid-19.

much, but it spawned something called red code which i dabbled with extensively. What I mostly recall was that you had to partition off a chunk of memory to play it in, because it had the potential to take over and or knock off your machine.

Being the production manager on that tour was a trip.
Rob Wasserman is a really nice guy.
Lou Reed was not.
I still remember how surreal it was one time when Lou was yelling at my reflection in a dressing room mirror about salt stains on the underarms of his black velvet jacket.
He and I were standing side by side in front of a large head to toe mirror while he pointed at his reflection and yelled at mine without looking at or talking directly to me.
He was a very strange dude.
I'll include a video that was recorded at a theater in Columbus OH during that tour.
This was not recorded during a live show it was done during the day in the empty hall.
The backing vocalist in the video was not part of the band on that tour.
somebody that I never formed an opinion or expectations of, which, I guess, is true for many musicians and artists. I guess that I'm particularly bad in that respect because I generally mentally separate the artist from the art. I've worked with or alongside of some artists, but never or the prima donna caliber, luckily for me.
be well and have a good one

Also one of The Goodies
From the 1970's, with Graeme Garden and Bill Oddie. A zany TV comedy series, much loved.

sorry to hear it. irreproducibility is a big problem these
days, and it likely to get bigger.
