At least with Biden I can usual infer what he's trying to say or where he's trying to go. If I didn't know better, I'd say Pelosi just yaks up this garble knowing no one will follow up and uses it as deflection.
Over at another non-political place I hang, I made the mistake of wandering into the political thread. Those criticizing the impeachment kabuki were met with a chorus of Pelosi knows what she's doing and "she's focused on the long game." Ok, whatever. Memo to self: stay out of that thread.

With respect to the Supreme Court: 3 six year terms (18 years at the most) and you are done. It has just become absurd that so many of the people in the government are so damn old.
