Tulsi Deserves It: She Pretty Much Doxxed Harris

Let's face it, people. Tulsi was completely out of line.

Bringing up a Democratic candidates ACTUAL RECORD on a debate state is no different than Doxxing. Completely unfair and unprovoked attack - I mean, what did Kamala's record ever actually do to Tulsi?

And if you don't believe that Tulsi doxxed Harris, I give you all the Twitter activity of Russian Trolls pushing Tulsi. QED.

Tulsi should be ashamed of herself for criticizing a fellow Democrats record. That is the kind of dirty politics that have done so much to harm America.

Remember people, we all have to pull together to defeat Drumpf. Let's not let the divisive politics of personal destruction distract us from that task.

justice to him doesn't mean she's an accomplice to his crimes.

Just because she was harder on poor people than the wealthy it is no litmus test for Democratic Presidential candidates. And, let's face it, Slave Labor is just weaponized framing of an ugly political reality.

It's just like that guilt by association with Jeffrey Epstein... You know, How many people are going to get Doxxed on that? Just because someone flew on the Lolita Express doesn't mean it's OK to dig up information on them and publish it.

Things really changed in 2016 with all this Russian hacking. Nobody is safe any more. It's almost like an invasion of privacy.

after he made a donation to her campaign, but so did Trump. She was supposed to look into his college grifting and she did not. But like you say, only people who screw the higher ups get sent to prison. Like Maddoff.

Who else got a Kambama pass?

Why Did Kamala Harris Let Herbalife Off The Hook?

“I knew I wanted to protect people,” Harris told the crowd of 20,000. “And I knew that the people in our society who are most often targeted by predators are also most often the voiceless and vulnerable.”

But as the attorney general of the nation’s largest state — and therefore one of the most powerful law enforcement officials in the nation — Harris declined to investigate Herbalife, the nutritional supplement company that has been accused of fraudulent marketing practices. Documents exclusively obtained by Yahoo News show that in 2015, prosecutors in the San Diego office of the California attorney general sent Harris a lengthy memorandum that argued for an investigation into Herbalife and requested resources in order to undertake such an investigation. Similar investigations into Herbalife were already taking place elsewhere.

About three weeks after the San Diego letter was sent, Harris received the first of three donations to her campaign for the U.S. Senate from Heather Podesta, the powerful Washington lobbyist whose ex-husband Tony’s firm, then called the Podesta Group, had worked for Herbalife since 2013. Heather Podesta’s own lobbying firm, Heather Podesta and Partners, would soon be hired by Herbalife, too.

Harris did not pursue an investigation, even as the Federal Trade Commission proceeded with an investigation of its own, which had been opened the previous March and which suggested that sufficient grounds for such scrutiny did exist. In fact, the San Diego letter had meticulously laid out those grounds, pointing out that Herbalife presented itself to the public as a lawful enterprise, but that it could nevertheless be “engaged in less obvious conduct” that potentially harmed both Herbalife distributors and Herbalife customers. Allegations of such conduct, by 2015, had become commonplace in media reports.

Hmm..that's some protection. But does this mean she has a pattern? Damn right it does.

As San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris’s Office Stopped Cooperating With Victims of Catholic Church Child Abuse

Kamala Harris, surrounded by thousands of cheering supporters, kicked off her presidential campaign in Oakland earlier this year, declaring that she has always fought “on behalf of survivors of sexual assault, a fight not just against predators but a fight against silence and stigma.”

Fighting on behalf of victims of sexual abuse, particularly children, has been central to Harris’s political identity for the better part of three decades. Harris specialized in prosecuting sex crimes and child exploitation as a young prosecutor just out of law school. She later touted her record on child sexual abuse cases and prosecuting pedophiles in television advertisements, splashy profiles, and on the trail as she campaigned for public office.

But when it came to taking on the Catholic Church, survivors of clergy sexual abuse say that Harris turned a blind eye, refusing to take action against clergy members accused of sexually abusing children when it meant confronting one of the city’s most powerful political institutions.

The files had been compiled by investigators working under the direction of Terence Hallinan, the radical district attorney who Harris ousted in a contentious election campaign. Hallinan’s team had prosecuted cases of abuse that had occurred decades earlier and had gathered evidence as part of a probe into widespread clergy sexual misconduct.

Just six months before Harris took office, a U.S. Supreme Court decision overturned a California law that had retroactively eliminated the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution of child molestation cases. That shifted the focus to holding predators among the clergy accountable through civil cases and through a broader effort to bring attention to predators who had been shielded by the church.

Hallinan believed that the clergy abuse files were a matter of public record; Harris refused to release them to the public.

In her seven years as district attorney, Harris’s office did not proactively assist in civil cases against clergy sex abuse and ignored requests by activists and survivors to access the cache of investigative files that could have helped them secure justice, according to several victims of clergy sex abuse living in California who spoke to The Intercept.

“It went from Terence Hallinan going hundred miles an hour, full speed ahead, after the Catholic Church to Kamala Harris doing absolutely nothing and taking it backwards hundred miles an hour,” said Joey Piscitelli, a sexual assault survivor, who a jury found had been molested as a student while attending Salesian College Preparatory, a Catholic high school in Richmond, California.

Guess this blows up her "I was a progressive prosecutor" spiel. There is a reason people call her Kamala the Cop.

Not only did she get a donation from the podesta group, but her husband worked as their lawyers. It talks about how she got a settlement for Corinthian Colleges , but leaves out the fact that they didn't have to admit wrongdoing and so every person who took out a student loan to go there still had to pay them back. Even though they had been scammed. This wasn't just Kambama's decision alone though. Eric Holder made the deal. Poor Bernie Maddof.

Pretty obvious that she's not going to get a fair shake and that our shared principles are not going to be given a fair shake in the Democratic Party. They'll tank that shit before they let that happen, Article V style.

Snarkalicious? Diablo

Kamala Harris is the prime establishment candidate, personally chosen by the Clinton machine. She is also the most dangerous candidate among the mostly sordid bunch. I personally believe that she is a sociopath or at the very least has sociopathic tendencies ala Hildabeast herself such as laughing inappropriately at the misfortunes of others. Said misfortunes that she personally caused.

For Tulsi to surgically eviscerate Harris on Harris' own record, and within her allotted time, was amazing and beautiful to see.

that's what happened with Trump. A person who wasn't beholden to the military industrial complex was elected and then immediately named a whistleblower, Michael Flynn, as National Security Advisor.

I think what's astounded the researchers and rare journalists who have reported the truth about Russiagate is the desperation of the Deep State and the Depth of the Deep State, the layers of lawyers, Justice Department functionaries, FBI players and media monsters who would fling the law out the window and create any kind of chaos to remove Flynn and Trump. But have they succeeded? I hope not.

except for we might not have been subjected to RG for two years. But you're right that she would be doing much of the same things as Trump is doing now because she is doing much of the same things Obama did, but got a pass for doing them. So far Trump hasn't come close to deporting the number of immigrants that Obama did. And while he is doing many of the same things it's not at the scale Obama did them.

People don't like Trump because he took off America's mask and showed the world who this country really is. This is why I say history didn't start the day he became president like so many people think it did.

We might be in a shooting war with Russia or the world had ended if Her had won and was able to do her thing in Syria.

@Shahryar

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) had attacked him on the debate stage Wednesday night for one such dated opinion, recalling Biden’s argument against expanding a child care tax credit in 1981 when he was a senator from Delaware.

Biden said he opposed the proposed expansion because it would help too many families he deemed to be well-off. He supported a child care tax credit for parents making a combined income of less than $30,000, or around $88,000 in today’s dollars, but the proposal had no such cap.

In a July 29, 1981, report, the Indianapolis News quoted Biden saying the legislation provided “a sad commentary on this society.” Although he noted that it did not matter to him which parent took up child care responsibilities, his remarks seemed to cast judgment on households with two successful working parents.

“[W]hat we are doing now as a social policy, is saying, ‘Here, drop them off at 8 o’clock in the morning and pick them up at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, because I want a new patio; because I want to go on vacation; because I want to expand my horizon.’ As a social policy I think it is undesirable and wrong,” Biden said at the time.

In an op-ed the same year, he used much of the same language: “[A] recent act of Congress puts the federal government in the position, through the tax codes, of subsidizing the deterioration of the family. That is tragic.”

He was the only senator to vote against the expansion of the credit.

So what other bills did ByeDone vote for that hurt main stream Americans?
