Clinton Foundation
John Huber is the U.S. attorney for Utah was assigned by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions to look into potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation. Huber is also supposed to be looking into the uranium one deal and he has already looked at how the FBI's investigation into Hillary's private email server was done.
Two financial investigators say they have submitted thousands of documents to the IRS that they believe show the Clinton Foundation, founded by Bill and Hillary Clinton, potentially evaded paying taxes on millions if not billions of dollars, a House subcommittee on government operations heard Dec. 13.
Lawrence Doyle and John Moynihan of DM Income Advisors said they first submitted their complaints to the IRS office in Ogden, Utah, in August 2017.
“We filed a claim of probable cause that the foundation operated outside the bounds of its approval that came from the IRS,” Moynihan said.
They looked at the foundation’s tax returns, other publicly available data, and interviewed several foundation employees. They tried to match what was being spent on charitable giving and how much was set aside for things such as travel, salaries, and administration expenses.
“We attempted to reconcile all those donations with expenses. The basis of our claim is that we were unable to do that,” said Moynihan.
Among other things, they found that about 60 percent of the foundation’s income was spent on things like salaries, travel, and grants. Moynihan said he believed a good charity would only spend about 15 percent on such things.
Rather than a charity, Doyle and Moynihan called the foundation a “closely held partnership.”
Based on their research, Doyle and Moynihan believe the Clintons owe taxes on between $400 million and $2.5 billion; if the IRS finds that the foundation isn’t a charity, its donors might also be liable for taxes owed on their contributions. They also said that, while not looking for this specifically, they did find instances of “pay-to-play” behavior between the donors, the foundation, and Hillary Clinton’s position as secretary of state, which she held from 2009 to 2013.
Ask anyone what the foundation does and they will tell you that it gives drugs to people in Africa who have AIDS and that it helped people in Haiti after the earthquake. That's pretty much it. No helping people here in this country after natural disasters. I haven't heard anything about it helping people in Paradise, CA after the town burned down from the massive fire.
But let's hear directly from the foundation.
Thanks to your support we've helped:

Then there's this report on the congressional hearings on this foundation.
‘Unregistered foreign agent’: Clinton Foundation oversight panel hears explosive testimony
Fraud investigators have exposed the Clinton Foundation’s alleged misdeeds in a Congressional hearing, describing it as a de facto “foreign agent” devoted not to charity but to “advancing the personal interests of its principals.”
The Clinton Foundation acted as an agent of foreign governments “early in its life and throughout its existence,” according to testimony by former government forensic investigator John Moynihan, which, if true, would not only render it in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act but also would violate its nonprofit charter, putting it on the hook for a massive quantity of unpaid taxes.
The foundation began acting as an agent of foreign governments early in its life and continued doing so throughout its existence, as such, the foundation should have registered under FARA.
Moynihan and fellow ex-government investigator Lawrence Doyle shared 6,000 pages of evidence with the IRS over 18 months ago, only to be met with silence. They shared them with the FBI multiple times – ditto. Yet when the pair testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, they refused to turn over the documents, stating they did not want to interfere with any ongoing investigations.
The committee chairman Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said witnesses’ reluctance to share all the documents was hardly a “good foundation for truth and transparency,” while Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) said he felt the duo was “using” the panel for their own benefit.
“These are not our facts. They are not your facts. They are the facts of the Clinton Foundation,” said Moynihan, maintaining his interest in the case is purely financial – not political.
Testifying on their findings, Doyle highlighted the Foundation’s alleged “misuse of donated public funds,” explaining that it “falsely attested that it received funds and used them for charitable purposes which was, in fact, not the case. Rather the foundation pursued in an array of activities both domestically and abroad,” which included activities “properly characterized as profit-oriented and taxable undertakings of private enterprise, again failing the operational tests of philanthropy referenced above,” referring to the equally non-charitable pursuit of funding the Clinton Presidential Library.
Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) likened the testimony to “Alice in Wonderland,” claiming yet another investigation of the Clintons was an attempt to distract from the ongoing investigations of Trump. “We have a ruling…saying there is sufficient grounds to go forward with a criminal investigation of the Trump Foundation, not the Clinton Foundation,” he said, adding that the committee had an informant in the Uranium One deal-making process who was unable to present any evidence of wrongdoing.
Hmm .... it sure looks like the republicans were not interested in this information about the Clinton's foundation. Why would this be? And is that why Huber decided not to show up to the hearing?
Could it have something to with the fact that FBI raids home of whistleblower who had ‘dirt’ on Clinton Foundation, Mueller that we talked about here?
I cannot believe the Bureau informed the federal magistrate who approved the search warrant that they wanted to search the home of an FBI whistleblower to seize the information that he confidentially disclosed to the IG and Congress,” said Socarras. He also objected to the fact that the FBI at no point reached out to him, even though Cain provided the agents with his contact information, calling that “serious misconduct.”
So, yes, to repeat:
The FBI raided the home of a whistleblower, who not only has information on the Clinton Foundation,
but also on Mueller regarding Uranium One. #ClintonFoundation

Remember this?
Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.
And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.
Let us look at what the foundation says it does.
Our Work at a Glance
Creating Economic Opportunity. Improving Public Health. Inspiring Civic Engagement and Service.
Dear friends,
It has been a productive time for the Clinton Foundation.
We continued the life-changing work around the world that many of you know us for – helping farmers in Africa, fighting climate change by promoting renewable energy, and opening opportunities for girls and women. We also devoted more resources to our U.S. efforts – combating the opioid epidemic, helping more schools and communities get healthier, supporting parents with early learning resources for their children, empowering young people to make a difference in their communities, and mobilizing relief and recovery efforts in the wake of devastating hurricanes. (?)
Every day, we build upon the simple belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, everyone has a responsibility to act, and we all do better when we work together. Our work improves lives across the United States and around the world by bringing together partners to create economic opportunity, improve public health, and inspire civic engagement and service.
Okay, what does that all mean? Where are the specific issues that they did that helped people's lives? Bringing together partners to create economic opportunities? Dig deeper into the foundation if you can to see what it does.
Finally let's talk about what the Clinton Foundation did to in Haiti after the earthquake shall we?
Bill and Hillary Clinton have hailed the factory churning out Old Navy sweatshirts in an industrial park here as a shining achievement in their efforts to rebuild this island nation after a destructive earthquake in 2010.
But the garment factory has underdelivered on projected jobs. Haitian workers have accused managers of bullying and sexual harassment. And an ABC News investigation has found that after opening its factory in the Haitian industrial park — built with $400 million of global aid — the Korean firm became a Clinton Foundation donor and its owner invested in a startup company owned by Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff. ...The post-quake projects nurtured along with $10 billion in international relief and hefty support from the U.S. government and the Clinton Foundation have, at best, had mixed results, experts told ABC News. Several of those initiatives have benefited Clinton friends and foundation donors as much as Haitians, Johnston said.
That same ABC News article reported at the time that fewer than 1,500 homes had been built in the years after aid was initially pledged to Haiti. Interestingly enough, as housing relief for victims languished, the Clinton Foundation “facilitated” the construction of a “luxury hotel in Port-au-Prince, a Marriott owned by Denis O’Brien, who has given $10 million to $25 million to the Clinton Foundation.”

Chelsea Clinton in her own words.
The Clintons’ Haiti Screw-Up, As Told By Hillary’s Emails
There are lots more articles about how the Clintons failed to help people in Haiti, but how they helped themselves and their friends instead.
But apparently congress didn't want to hear about it today. Let us just hope that Huber does want to know about it as well as Hillary's pay to play during her tenure as SOS. Do you really think that the Saudis and other rich people and corporations give a rat's ass about people who have AIDS? In Africa or anywhere else? If they do then why did they wait until 2009 when Hillary's foundation was in play? Hmmm ..

The Clintons are loathe to become irrelevant!
That, in its essence, is fascism--ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt --
I remember
When Her Highness was "running" for the presidency, during the heat of the Lock Her UP chant, when asked about her private server and whether she was worried about prison. She scoffed and said, "Oh that's not gonna happen." And so far, she was right.

Oh I must have missed their Flint flyby
How many congress members ever bothered to address the situation there? Obama took a quick drink of water he said came out of the tap. Riiight! Just like how he went swimmingly in the Gulf of Mexico after he let bp take their time cleaning up the gusher.
Scientists are concerned that conspiracy theories may die out if they keep coming true at the current alarming rate.
yesterday i'd seen a transcript of a fox
