I can't be the only one whose card number is still tied to a 30-year-old email address, long gone, and the password for which has also been long forgotten.

It seems to be a problem that's impossible to fix, since I've spent many many hours on the phone with them, and they've several times told me they'd just delete all my information from their servers.
