The particular circumstances of this primary--the high AA support for Clinton, I mean--are, I feel, really just the way the cookie crumbled this time. A lot of the "lily white" people over there smugly using it as a cudgel against Bernie supporters could very easily see the situation flipped in the next cycle. Then they'll be on the other side of the "firing line," like a lot of them were in 2008.

There was one thread at DKos where a Clinton supporter suggested new site rules that included:
(c) Never suggest that any (Democrat) is the tool of any group or interest, or is not a true blue liberal, or has (or has used) more money than another.

This pretty obviously stemmed from a wish to shield you-know-who from those exact criticisms, so I suggested a few rules of my own, one of which was:
(a) Never deliberately try to divide the Democratic coalition along racial lines.

It was shot down by Clinton supporters.
