Today's Humor (3/2/17): More wisdom from Nancy Pelosi

Hold on folks, Nancy Pelosi must be inspired. But I am not quite sure about what she is so inspired. The presenile one does not heed Eleanor Roosevelt's famous advice:
Although people may think you're stupid, don't open your mouth and prove it.

Nancy has by now been coached by her "handlers" that Bush is not the President. Thus fortified with this new knowledge, she has jumped into action so blatantly illogical and hypocritical that one wonders why she even bothers.

We all know about the Great Russian Election Theft of 2016 (GRET). Numerous, vague, mysterious, ephemeral, and vaporous sources have sworn (or affirmed) that the Russkies have not only hacked our elections but are right now in the process of stealing the Statue of Liberty. (Don't look now, Ivan, but Bush and Obama have pretty much made your job a lot easier). Of course an "innocent" serendipitous meeting between Bubba and Lyin' Loretta Lynch two days before the conclusion of an FBI probe, which could have banished Killary to the GrayBar Hotel, had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with affecting the results of 2016's election.

interfered with the election and actually hacked the voting machines is staggering. The whole Russia bullshit is the current day of WMDs, but this time it's the democrats who are falling for it.

On the other site I keep reading this as well as it was Russia (Putin) who overthrew Ukraine's government and of course invaded or stole Crimea. Nuland was caught off guard when that happened even though the evidence shows that it was our government that did it.,

And of course Comey helped throw the election Trump's way.when he wrote that letter to congress about the emails that were from the state department and people who were in Hillary's campaign that he found on Weiner's computer.

I remember a time when proof was needed before people believed anything that came from the intelligence agencies. I wish that I understood what happened to those people. And of course the democrats are going to play on people's fears because that's how they are going to get back in power.

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

@snoopydawg Now we have to be content with little lies, possibly because we can no longer pay for the big ones. So, to clarify the scenario: Bernie Sanders sold top secret documents to Wikileaks, which then sold them to Edward Snowden, who then passed along the illegally-obtained but nevertheless true information to Loretta Lynch, whose dog fortunately ate the thumb-drive containing all the secret information, which would ultimately reveal that Donald Trump was born in Russia, went to NKVD school and was given a false birth certificate proclaiming him to be the son of one Fred Drumpf, an East German mole. I have all this information from a reliable but totally anonymous source.

So, Snoopy, I am telling you that the situation is much more complex than you or I or any mere mortal could understand.

@Alligator Ed @Alligator Ed
The situation is far worse and complex then what we have been led to believe. But the intelligence agencies can't tell congress what they have discovered because some of them are traitors too. I know that must be true because someone wrote it over there and people rec'd the comment and wrote their own about why Comey can't tell them what he has discovered.
And you were close but it was Goering that said that about lies and getting people to believe them.
Remember that at first Hillary blamed Comey for her losing to Trump and after people started saying that Trump was Putin's BFF and that he was being blackmailed by him was when she too started blaming Russia. Then they said that Russia hacked Vermont's electrical grid even though the computer wasn't hooked up to the internet. And it snowballed from there.
And Obama, McCain and others said that Russia was being aggressive and not only interfering in other country's elections and invading countries even though he had been invited to help Assad in Syria when other countries started a war with them.

And centaurea, I think that the time period goes further back to 2008, but especially when we were told why Gaddafi had to be removed from office.
Now they are putting military equipment and troops in countries that surround Russia because of their aggression and they are getting people a reason for starting a war with them.

@Alligator Ed Everything you just said must be totally true because the intelligence agencies never, ever lie.

I know the spooks never lie because Clapper said so.
We all need to back the Clap. (Sorry, Satan made me say that.)

I remember that time, too. It was so long ago it's a distant memory ... hmm Scratch one-s head ... before October 2016 or thereabouts, if I recall correctly.

Time for the wacko smiley again. Wacko

@Centaurea have elected smarter-than-average dawgs to run the show and every day of not-work or Vichy work (too complex for us not-millionaires) or are (or afraid to go to town hall meetings)to catch stupid viruses that were made at CDC or Fort Detrick. They think they are immune.

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.

@snoopydawg @snoopydawg just a tad by saying that there is, in fact, NO proof of Russian hacking. He admitted that of course they "didn't hack the vote totals" but he still believes that Russia leaked the DNC emails. I stopped arguing then and just let it go but I find it highly depressing that an educated guy, who damned well does know better, will just believe this shit. I imagine a whole lot of it is revulsion at Trump, and so they must believe somehow he is entirely at fault for the way this country is now. Caitlin Johnstone made a good point in a Jimmy Dore video yesterday - because we are nice people we have an extremely hard time believing the people we vote for, who insist they too are nice people, are in fact NOT NICE people at all. Since we progressives are known for being open minded and sympathetic to our humanness, we've given our "Democrats" a pass for too long. She makes a good point, I myself did not want to believe that these people are doing this intentionally, but after reading what I do and gaining lots of knowledge from people on this site, I can no longer believe that they are not(edit). And it's not "fun" to know you're being fucked over, although it is better to know it than be blind to it.

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.

...and I quote...

The word Wisdom, (a noun, meaning the quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgement; the quality of being wise.), shall henceforth, wither-to, heretofore in perpetuity ad infinitum never never, ever ever be used in the same sentence with the name Nancy Pelosi (first, last or both) particularly if said name refers to the former Speaker of the House of Representative of the United States of America and current Minority Leader of the said House.

Sorry, I have nothing left but weak snark.

that any conspiracy was false because it required too many people to possibly be a secret, and thus MUST be false.

Now there's thousands of elected officials and Media personalities screaming the same lie about along term conspiracy over and over, despite zero evidence.

Of course, claiming that there's a conspiracy to lie about a fake conspiracy is a conspiracy theory.

Thanks, Ed, perhaps I needed to laugh until I puked - or before and after. Probably not both at once, though...
