PDX Meetup on Sunday
Hello to all in the very wet Pacific Northwest. This Sunday, the 30th is the day for our meetup. We are going to be at the Taipei Noodle Haus at 1:30 p.m.
The Taipei Noodle Haus is at 11642 NE Halsey St., Portland 97220. http://taipeinoodlehaus.com/ At the link, click on 'contact us' for a map. It should be fairly easy to get to from freeways, and reasonable by bus.
The food is said to be from the border region of China and Korea. The specialty is their homemade noodles. If you are close enough, come say hello whether you want to eat, or just have a glass of water. If you haven't been to any sort of meetup before, don't worry. People always seem to enjoy the company and the conversations. You almost certainly will too.

After a protest on a bridge with some Pinksters, including Medea Benjamin, we ate at the Noodle House. Fantastic food and wonderful people who own the shop. Meat and Vegan friendly as I recall.
Gramma, I am opening my small store on Sunday it turns out. Our schedules are off a bit due to the upcoming retail hell holidaze. So I won't be able to make it and meet all the wonderful meet up peeps. I love how it gathers us Social Butterflies as well as the Quiet & Shybies.

I AM FINE, PUTTING OUT SMALL FAMILY FALMES . No stroke, Just checked again, all things stroke-related I can see and I check out. May have blown the cottage deal with a bad cord. Life.
Now sleep for me, something missing during two days of pain and vomiting. Weekend again, so no a normal time to have a question or demand. Gall bladder seems to be the issue, surgeon, outies!
My fat tummy is flatter, feeling better.

The Hens
Will be doing a give away tomorrow if their personal slave can rustle up enough cartons. If people can let me know how many would like a dozen very fresh eggs I will get them packed up. You can also re gift to someone in need if eggs are not part of your diet. Just let me know that you would like some.
Being Portland and all the hens dine on fermented grains and peas grown by my son on my farm no wheat or soy. Their corn is a heritage strain from Maine origionally. They free range in the back yard and raid my vegetable garden for other treats.

I normally supply a family with 6 adopted children over the weekend but they are off to Disney land. It seems that it was ment to be.
