Turnout is a funny thing; generally, the farther right you are, and the more enthusiastic your supporters are, the more often you win a low-turnout contest. Clintons are Republicans, actually, so they, too, can win with low turnout, like Bill did in 1992; but whoever has the most enthusiastic base usually wins under those conditions. So that means a far-right Tea Party, or Libertarian, or religious conservative will usually win a low-turnout election against a mere Big Money corporatist Republican like Hill.

to say that Bubba didn't have a damn thing to do with the Trumpster winning the Primary. The other 15 or 16 "back benchers" had more to do with Trump winning than any meeting with Bubba. Americans seem to be obsessed
with public displays of sex. For the media, any sort of lustful revelation will do, to attract widespread interest and stimulate passionate debate. Kim Kardashian's behind has become something of a national icon, and people are still talking about Bill Clinton's penis. A while ago, when some woman's breast accidentally popped out during a sporting event, it sent the whole country into an uproar.
I suppose it's no wonder that Trump's utter lack of sexual discretion would generate so many headlines. On the other hand, nothing about Trump is discrete. With this guy, what you see is what you get.

there are levels, I guess, to being "groped".
