Why don't we just admit we don't care about the ME?

Jeepers.

Russia is playing us like a fiddle.

Assad ain't going nowhere

The Pentagon wants more troops in Iraq/Syria and Afghan while they're at it.

POTUS? Yeah. Well. Maybe. Then in the dark of night says OK.

Can't f with legacy as the one who "stopped" the wars....

Why? Because he can't. Not in charge. We're gonna ride this out and then blame fg Bush.

Just say it. We don't care how they immolate themselves in their centuries old bigoted hatred. We don't care what they do or how they do it.

As to Oil and fossil fuels, we proved we are self sufficient and can tell them to f off. Then we backed off. Saudi and Iran aint backing off. Hello? It is only a decision between the blessed enviros and being subjected to this ME BS until we're all dead and gone.

Can't say it. Can only think it. Cause no one has the balls to speak the truth.

Blech. BS.

Welcome to the Apocalypse

to stave off their inevitable self destruction. It's a sad thing EdMass. Somewhere it will be written,

The screenplay by Michael Wilson and Rod Serling was based on the 1963 French novel La Planète des Singes by Pierre Boulle.

about Middle Easterners.

For just one tiny thing, this is a Presidential election year and, statistically, the Party in power does better when gasoline prices are low (as they were this summer). Middle Eastern oil production does impact the price of gas at the pump. Because as any American who works in the oil industry will tell you, the price is simply just a matter of supply and demand. And, they say it with a straight face, too!

There's the "WE" which refers to all Americans, the United States of Empire. "We" the Americans will bomb the shit out of anybody anywhere anytime and there ain't a damn thing anyone can do about it.
But in reality, "We" aren't "them". They or them are the ones who do the bombing and don't give a shit about the people in the ME. We aren't the ones doing that, "they" are doing it, we just go along like the sheeple we are.

But, as one who's been writing about war, antiwar, anti-imperialism, etc. for years now I can attest to the fact that "we" don't really give a shit about the ME or the people in it. If we did, we'd do something about our government killing people and destroying countries. But few care, most would rather focus on the election or "emails" or the fluttering fucking eyelids that could be dementia man.

So ya, you're right EdMass, why don't we just admit it, "WE" don't care.

Stop the War!

With the Military Industrial Complex pulling the strings, we will never see a peace based economy. We will be fighting as we gasp for air, thirst robbing us of hydration, and draughts making food something bland for us, as the rich eat the good stuff. Meanwhile, the young will be fighting their wars brainwashed into thinking they fight for a cause of lofty goals as opposed to corporate agendas or worse, Whims of the stupidly Wealthy.

There are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns – the ones we don't know we don't know.
