Have You Seen The Video Suggesting Hillary Has Parkinson’s Disease?
Submitted by sensetolisten on Sun, 09/11/2016 - 4:41am
This video is made by a medical doctor...
...analyzing video evidence of Hillary’s various anomalous behaviors – the freezes, the head-nodding, the weird hand placement, the bug-eyed look, the inability to climb stairs and the falling – in which he concludes those are all symptoms of advanced Parkinson’s she’s trying to hide from the public.

Not being a medical professional and knowing nothing at all about this disease, I cannot comment on the veracity of this analysis, however, anyone suggesting that the mental and physical health of a prospective CinC of the US Armed Forces is not of paramount importance to safeguarding our democracy is a liar.

Any impairment of a potential
Any impairment of a potential President that affects their mental faculties and decision making capability should automatically disqualify them for that job. The President has their finger on the Nuclear football and other key bits of nastiness can happen if the illness gets severe, either she would make outlandish attacks, or be incapable of coming to a decision that is needed to be thought carefully over and her impact on SCOTUS would also be impaired.
She and her people may be hiding very important medical issues, and Bernie was listed as "Healthy as a draft horse" yet they decided to cave to her wish to be POTUS that was denied her in 2008?
I used to live in this nation calling itself the United States of America, but one day I woke up and saw I was actually living in the Corporate States of Oligarchia, Somebody committed a coup de' tat without anyone lifting a finger.

Bernie's doctor's report
Was backed up by the stamina & energy he displayed on the campaign trail. Last summer the guy worked his day job, then got on a plane (coach!) to campaign all weekend.
Then the last month of the race, he was doing 2, 3 events a day it seemed in California, outside in the sun.
Hillary's doctor's report is glowing, especially for a person of her age, yet we see no proof of it.
I saw the video.
I read somewhere that Wikileaks is confirming the Parkinson diagnosis. Snopes is not impressed with any armchair diagnosis.

I respectfully disagree with the Parkinson's diagnosis
For a so-called medical evaluation, about 50% of this video deals with politics. I don't know about this doctor, but I have treated scores of Parkinson Disease (PD) patients ranging in age from 30 years to over 80 years old. My patients have received various drugs to alleviate their symptoms. A few have had sterotactic surgery, an ultra=precise procedure where the target(s) must be identified within 1 mm to avoid catastrophe--yes, 1 mm. Stereotactic surgery is reserved for only the most treatment-resistant persons,
In the early phases of PD, patients often get along with levodopa agonists, which are milder than dopamine but usually effective. After about 3 to 5 years, the patient must be placed on a dopamine-carbidopa combination medication. The carbidopa is added to offset the frequent occurrence of L-dopa (levodopa) induced nausea and vomiting.
Freezing is almost never seen in early cases and almost never in mild cases. But freezing does occur. This is a motor phenomenon, as opposed to video doctor's assertion that it includes mental slowing with freezing attack. Mental slowing does occur in PD but is not part of a freeze.
About the "tremor", the analysis is very strained. He points to Hillary holding her right hand against her chest--but there is no visible tremor. PD is manifested by resting tremor, which does temporarily abate with skilled movements, such as reaching for a glass of water. In cases beyond the mild stage, the tremor is easily visible to the untrained observer. One again, there has been no video demonstration to my knowledge of gross resting tremor.
Falling can be due to many things, not only PD. Hillary has very non-PD components to her gait. She wears high heels, which would be a considerably difficult task for moderate or late stage PD. Her leg swing (length of stride) is normal for her height. Her gait has normal speed, but especially in patients with more advanced PD, the gait would be slow. Climbing stairs would be difficult with PD but impaired stair-climbing is often seen in many muscle diseases, pelvic problems, sciatica, spinal cord injury and sequelae of mTBI. The cerebellum is heavily involved in balance as is the upper brainstem. Part of the venous outflow from the cerebellum is through the dural sinuses--a thrombosis of which is known to have occurred. She also has normal arm swing when walking, something which is universally reduced even in early PD.
The "oculogyric crisis" which the doctor alludes to is incorrect. There may be repetitive neck extension movements but they always are accompanied by forced deviation of the eyes usually upward. In Hillary's bobble-headed doll episode hers eyes moved laterally and her neck flexed, rather than extended.
The facial contortion occurring at the end of Hillary's acceptance speech were compatible with right frontal lobe seizures as I previously described. True patients with L-dopa-induced dyskinesias do have facial contortions but when they occur, it be most unlikely to be an isolated event. You noticed Michael J. Fox's wide-eyed stare in one picture. That stare is an L-dopa induced dyskinesia. But this, like facial grimacing would be expected to be seen with much greater frequency than manifested by Hillary.
PD patients have decreased blink rates. Hillary's blink rate is normal
PD patients without dyskinesia have reduced facial expression (exception for dyskinetic episodes), which is called "masked facies", or reduced to absent facial expressivity. PD patients with moderate to severe disease have two interesting vocal characteristics. One, the voice is hypo phonic (involuntarily low amplitude). Hillary screams and cackles, hardly hypophonic.
The second vocal characteristic of PD is monotony, which means lack of vocal inflection (this term does not refer to vocal content).
PD patients do aspirate, mainly in moderate or advanced cases. Aspiration means food or water going down the wrong way--into the trachea, instead of the esophagus. The last thing you want to do for a person who is aspirating is give them something to drink. You would do so only if food had lodged in the supraglottic space, that is the space immediately above the epiglottis. The epiglottis is a flap of muscle which directs, when functioning properly, air into the trachea and food into the esophagus. I don't know why she coughs, but aspiration is not the reason for this.
And I just
read this at KFS. Seems Hillary had another episode in NY at the 9/11 ceremonies.
another fall.
she was propped against that post with arm support while waiting on van. She was down before reaching it and they encircled her, obscuring the scene - an hour later, on sidewalk of NY saying she "is fine". Dehydrated? Possible, I suppose but.. I am sure one of many of her many attendants can carry her water. Don't have any idea what they "boosted" her with at Chelsea's but I'd bet the farm it was more than water. I think the "plan" is to get her elected, be that !st woman president. There will then be a medical emergency, something unforeseen as an emergency surgery and Tim Kaine will take the reins. She couldn't avoid taking the chance of missing this 911 event today - has to be seen or rumors of ill-health will be harder and harder to ignore/deny. Wonder how long her breaks will be at the debates? Is she hiding an IV lock or port under those jackets?
Thank you for your analysis AE, and thank you
for your awesome essay series on $hillary's health. I read every one of them and appreciate them immensely.
As I said in my essay, I am not a health care professional and know nothing about this disease.

agree
Old nurse here - one of the videos of WJC shows him pill -rolling...at times he lacks facial expression - her inquiry into the Parkinson's drug might have been in re to him..as for her heinous, it has looked like seizure activity with the head bobbing and eye-rolling. I thought she was hallucinating at that one rally when the big guy told her to keep talking. I agree that the wearing of heels, and her seemingly normal gait do not look like Parkinson's disease. I thought aspiration but that would have been diagnosed and no she wouldn't drink water for that. So...something is "off", but what? What's with the exaggerated wide- open mouth smile? Thanks.
the drop-jaw
smile is what people do when they're making themselves smile. real smiles expose the upper teeth and involve the muscles from the cheeks up to the eyes. it's a big part of what creeps me out about clinton, i don't think i've ever seen her smile genuinely.
ed: i should add that there are a lot of ways people fake-smile, but this appears to be clinton's.

What's really
wrong about this whole thing, if true, is the chance we could have Tim Kaine as president. This may be their long term plan anyhow. If the players involved knew clinton couldn't fulfill her duties what better corporate stooge than Kaine to step in. I'm guessing that if she dropped out before the election he would be the stand-in. If he would have ran on his own he would have polled South of Webb and Chafee in the primaries...
I believe Sanders will fight to get in if she drops out
The way he made sure his votes were recorded in Philly looked like an intentional place-saver.

If I've
learned one thing this year it's this. The democratic party, republican party and their masters do not want Bernie Sanders anywhere near the presidency. IMHO, to think if clinton stepped down and Bernie would step in is wishful thinking. I hope I'm wrong...
I'm not saying it wouldn't take a fight
I'm just saying I believe he laid the groundwork.

me in on the fight if it happens. I'll gladly hit the streets on this...

It could get weirder than you think
Check out the 1872 election, and what the Democratic electors did after Horace Greeley collapsed and died (after the election, but before the tallying of electoral votes).
WHY are we letting ourselves in for a scenario like that, or even worse?
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
Seems ridiculous to me
Honestly, pretty much all of these attacks on Hillary's health remind me a lot of the attacks on Jill Stein. I tune them out as unworthy of my attention.

Weird phrasing
No one is attacking her health, people are pointing out that it appears that her health is not as okey-dokey as she keeps insisting it is.
If anything is being attacked, it's her credibility given public examples of something other than health.

Parkinson's?
This is, of course, just my read. But what I see is that she stumbles (undoubtedly in heels) climbing stairs or getting out of a car and we end up at Parkinson's? Most of the other things in that video are also readily explainable. Might she have Parkinson's or some other disease? Sure. But I have yet to see anything that even remotely comes close to proving that or even strongly intimating it which, in my opinion, makes this particular angle of attack smear rather than critique. Rightly or wrongly, to my eyes it simply reeks of FOX news. But aside from that, 2 other points:
A) So what?
If she died the day after she took office, so what? What does that change? All the neolib policies will still get put in place on schedule and we'll still blow up a few hundred thousand random muslims. The Democrats will still work to stop single-payer and will continue to ignore the fraud on Wall Street. So why does this even matter?
B) We have so much more credible angles of attack
Syria, Honduras, Libya, Iraq, fracking, global warming, free trade, public schools... the list goes on. There's a nearly endless list of things that we can absolutely nail her on. Beyond that the connections between the Clintons, The State Department, and the Clinton Foundation are absolutely rising to the level of "there's a whole hell of a lot of smoke there" right along with her ties to Wall Street and (watch me make a prediction) her chosen cabinet and regulators pertaining to Wall Street.
Of what use is "parkinson's"? I might've found it more credible if there was just a compendium of moments and a generic question about health. But parkinson's?
How do we know it's not vampirism? I've got a lot more evidence for that?

I'm not sure exactly what you're responding to
I don't believe the Parkinson's theory, but then I'm not a physician. I find Alligator Ed's analysis to be credible for what little I know, and his training and experience over his career put him in a position to speculate given what is in the public domain. AE has said repeatedly that he does not believe it's Parkinson's, and he has explained what he thinks it is and why.
My point is that SOMETHING is amiss given common observation of what's gone on for her. I believe we have a right to know what is known before we vote someone into office - this period ahead of voting is, in essence, a job interview - I suspect she does not have what it takes to get through a term successfully with respect to her health.
Her health (or lack of it) is not the main reason I believe her to be unfit for the presidency, but it is worth noting and we should be aware of the basics. I have had substantial brain damage over the course of my life, and I while I had a childhood dream of being president, my mind is not in any condition to serve in that capacity. I believe the same to be true of our nominee, and to say so is not 'attacking' her in my estimation.

Your comment makes no sense to me.
Vetting a candidate's apparent health issues for Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces is called "being a responsible citizen" especially when those health issues prevent her from performing her duties and responsibilities for that office. By what logic is that an attack?
smh
If anything is an "attack," it is you mislabeling the necessary and responsible vetting process as an "attack" ... thus trying to disparage and discourage us. Your attack on us and the vetting process reminds me of those HillBots at TOP. Yeah, so, if you are really not interested in being a part of the vetting process, then just don't read these essays.

Both of my parents had Parkinson's
And, both had sustained serious falls years in advance of the Parkinson's diagnosis. My father in-law also had Parkinson's and he also had a serious fall a couple of years before diagnosis. So, I think a fall and a concussion such as Hillary experienced could very well result in a Parkinson's diagnosis later on. Not saying she has Parkinson's, just saying I would not be surprised.
Traumatic brain injury increases risk of Parkinson's disease
Side note - NONE of my parental units had a tremor and they were all under the care of neurologists and were all officially diagnosed with Parkinson's. They all did have crabbed small writing and gait and balance issues. They all lived for years with the diagnosis and and died from other unrelated causes.
