I will not be swayed
No amount of fear mongering can make me vote for evil. Voting for evil is voting for evil, no matter how great or small.
No person who proudly proclaims that they will sacrifice their values for "the good of the country" will ever convince me to sacrifice mine. They are my values because they are things that truly matter to me. If a person is able to cast aside their values so easily, then I feel those values had little meaning to that person.
Nobody who claims that we will be sending them and the rest of the transgender community to concentration camps and walk in ovens will ever convince me. Not only is such an argument irrational in modern day society, but that argument assumes that my mate and I wouldn't be sent to those same impossible places.
No person who willfully ignores the laws of this land being violated so brazenly shall ever convince me that we need that person to choose the people who are the ultimate authority of our land's laws. Why should I trust their choices when it is they who put themselves above all laws?
Hillary will never receive a single vote from me, and neither shall those who chose to support her unapologetically. Never shall they convince me that they cared about we the people, when they heard what we the people were crying out for and they chose to ignore us.
Who gets your vote?

This is a reply to a deleted post
This is a reply to a deleted post, and frankly it would make more sense in context. I don't agree with censorship, even if the target is utter crap like "To My Fellow Berners."
"We've done the impossible, and that makes us mighty."
Hey rmwarnick...
do I have to chase you all over this blog about this. The poster of the "To My Fellow Berners" unpublished that essay himself. Please quit jumping to conclusions.
Thanks for the clarification
All I could tell was it vanished. What with the threats to delete posts, it was reasonable to assume that's what happened. I'm glad I was wrong!
"We've done the impossible, and that makes us mighty."
It wasn't deleted
it was pulled by the author.
Regardless of the path in life I chose, I realize it's always forward, never straight.
Probably just as well - his timing was HORRIBLE
Not only is the Coronation not over yet, not only are we serfs still black and blue and bleeding from the beatings we got, it came on top of a whole series of essays, some honest, some not, asking/requesting/demanding that we reconsider and "vote for Her" Or Else this or that unspeakably awful thing would happen. Never mind that unspeakably awful things will happen if she is elected....
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
What H.P. Lovecraft fans might call a Hilldritch abomination

Cthulhu at least is not a "Lesser" Evil,
although I still prefer Mefistofele.

It's not just a reply.
It is a proclamation of a stance that will not be swayed by any who would make those arguments. What need is there for any context, when my diary is meant to be so broad?
I just hope this place doesn't get too inundated
with posts about why certain people should be voted for.
They're not going to sway me, and frankly, I left Dead State to get away from all that.
Gëzuar!!
from a reasonably stable genius.
