Still having trouble figuring out how to insert and resize images.
Apologies.
I'll work on it for the next time I post.
Imagery here is not as easy as elsewhere.

There are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns – the ones we don't know we don't know.
resizing would not have helped, as you can see by the enlarging I did on this image. The problem is it was taken too far away to get a good look at the coat of arms. The only thing that would have helped with this image is if you would have a very high resolution copy of it that you could crop the coat of arms from and then enlarge the cropped image. And judging from the distance this shot was taken it would have to have been a VERY high resolution shot.
The original (see the link in my reply) was higher resolution and I tried to crop and enlarge, but that was too hard.
I'm not sure why the resolution of the original was so degraded when I copied/pasted through the blog's image library.

It is indeed from the family residence of the v Rosens on Pikk st. in Tallinn.
Brilliant.

Sorry, it's unidentifiable
No details, no close-ups, no nothing. I can't even make out what it is, other than that it's on the gable of a dusty-rose building with white trim.
If you're going to give us a puzzle, PLAY FAIR.
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
Sorry, that didn't come out as expected.

I'll delete if the community thinks so. nt

Given the hue of the building
and your previous puzzle....
The Baltic German family of von Rosen? (The arms seem to show a lion with white things/roses.)

Damn, you're good!

Figures it would be Estonia :-D
I tried several guesses based on that idea, but none of them panned out.
Now that I know what and where the building is, I find it's currently the Swedish Embassy. At least they're making good use of it.

No, not brilliant
your image info was in Estonian.
