Specifically the removal of staircases which you deliberately and maliciously performed without consulting either the HOA or the local fire safety inspector, who has an additional complaint referenced in earlier letters.

Secondly, it's from Sandinista, as if Sandino was bad, as if Ortega was bad, as if any form of Communism is terribly awful...obviously! Thirdly, it implies blind followers, that anyone who would like any form of Communism must be an idiot.
