The leadership of the conservative party in South Korea, with elections pending for president on June 3, decided to try to get rid of Kim Moon-soo, People's Power Party candidate for president with chicanery of dubious lawfulness, to install Han Deok-soo, the former prime minister and acting president from the deposed Yoon Seok-yeol administration.

The finance minister and current acting president, Choi Sang-mok, testified at Assembly hearing Feb 6 on the note passed to him December 3, while he was speaking to Yoon directly. Yoon said "refer to it." Choi claims he doesn't know who gave it to him, he didn't read it, that it was already folded, and put it in his pocket.

I'm offering this as a hypothesis or "conspiracy theory." Further evidence would be desirable.
