I ran across this by accident when searching for something else. I know that I shouldn't have been surprised, but actually, I was flabbergasted. Apparently, the US is not the only one of the "PARTNERS" intending to keep this monster hidden to its citizens until all is said and done. In this case, a public policy nonprofit, Knowledge Economy International, leaked it this week. In this particular issue, which deals with copyrigts, major changes in Canadian law will be required.
