Reading Joe Shikspak's 'The Evening Blues", something immediately jumped out at me in regard to the first article he reported on, the American claim that cluster munitions are being dropped out of Russian warplanes, and the US claims regarding Russian war crimes. First, I'd like to see the proof that it's Russia dropping the cluster munitions.
