Welcome to Winter

The days will begin to grow longer, and the news will keep churning. This week we had a Russian General assassinated, a marathon press conference by Putin, Biden and company trying to spread chaos by firing missiles into Russia, Ukraine losing badly on the battlefield, the continued dissolution of Syria, and the on going genocide in Gaza and the west bank. A US government shutdown was avoided with an emergency stop gap funding bill, but Germany's government has fallen and new election slated. Canada may be next. Macron's government in France managed to survive and a new centrist PM was installed. All these stories and more below the fold.

Bully, Bribe, Bomb

Today's title is courtesy of Chas Freeman's description of US diplomacy and foreign policy. I think the big news this week is the sneak attack in Syria, but there are many pieces being moved around the global chessboard. There was the episode in S. Korea when the president attempted martial law...and was foiled. There was a vote of no confidence in the Macron government in France. There was Hunter's broad sweeping pardon by Biden. Tucker went to Moscow this week and interviewed Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Russia continues to advance in Ukraine, and the genocide in Gaza grows with food and aid blocked. The INTEL Roundtable w/ Johnson & McGovern : Weekly Wrap touches on many of these stories and has a good rant by Larry.

Game Changer

Many changes are afoot, but the title primarily refers to Russia's new hypersonic missile, Oreshnik or hazelnut. Many analysts suggest it is as significant a development as the atomic bombs of the 1940's. Will the incoming Trump administration be a game changer? Judging from the bulk of his nominees, I don't think so, but I'm willing to wait and see. Will BRICS+ change the world and financial order? They've certainly begun the process. Short and Sweet

I'm out of town and pocket today. I put this together Friday, so there may be more recent stories which I hope you'll describe below. The big stories this week include 'elensky's trip to the US and UN, hat in hand. The Israel and Hezbollah conflict continues to escalate, and Russia sits in the catbird seat of the Ukraine/NATO proxy war. Drama over these conflicts took place at the UN this week. Censorship is on steroids at YouTube, and the UK is a censorship and scandal center. All this and more below the fold.

Welcome to the Fall!

The equinox occurred this morning at 7:44 AM CT, marking the transition to Autumn. The Wheel of the Year keeps turning, bringing ... Mabon, celebrated on the autumn equinox, marks a moment of perfect equilibrium in the year, with day and night of equal length. Occurring in September, it signifies the second harvest, a time when the abundance of summer begins to wane and preparations for the coming winter months get underway. Perhaps this fall will see the fall of Ukraine and NATO, the fall of Israel, the fall of the hegemon and it's dollar, the fall of Kamala and the demoncrats? We'll stay tuned and watch the unfolding of the season.

The Theater of the Absurd...

JtC suggested Friday things seems like a Greek tragedy, or perhaps comedy. Neil Oliver said this week he thought the house lights in the theater of the absurd have been turned on and all the puppet strings, trap doors, smoke, and mirrors can be seen by those who look. Perhaps it is the many elections that bring the absurd nature of our system to light. Here in the US we debate about a self-serving egotist and a demented warmonger as our president? In the UK they had a choice of globalists and selected the war monger Zionist Stammer. In France lefties are protesting the election results and democracy itself. The EU is freaking out about Orban's trip to Moscow to talk peace. Peace is not acceptable to the EU appointed globalists. It does seem a theater of the absurd across the western governments.

Seeking Truth...

in a Sea of Lies

Has every war started with a lie? All the US wars in my lifetime were justified by lies... the Gulf of Tonkin and the Vietnam war, WMD's and the Iraq war, the Maidan Coup in 2014 and the Ukraine proxy war, just to mention a few of the wars provoked by lies. What about the Russiagate hoax whose effect continue to this day? Then there's all the lies about the pandemic, from the real risks to the dangers associated with experimental gene therapies to the suppression of effective inexpensive treatments. While we're discussing health let's not forget the lies surrounding recommended foods and the dietary food pyramid. Since the current food pyramid was released in the 1980's obesity has more than doubled. The lies go on and on...
