Hi all! I don't see anything here yet, so maybe everybody is busy... Hope all are doing well! I'll toss a couple up here to get things started and please do let it rip!

Mrs.Dysto and I did a few mile walk Sunday at the local state park. A highlight for me was one of the 'hummingbird hawkmoth' group of Sphinx Moths. Genus Aellopos, species probably clavipes. They are diurnal moths, though tending toward crepuscular.

They use front legs to steady themselves when nectaring.

My photo buddies have done it again... LOL

Since I don't see anything up yet now that I finally drove by, I'll toss a couple pix and open the floor to anybody that has anything. I will be in and out, as I am still working on other things too.
