Reporter Investigating Sex Trafficking in Haiti Found Dead

Except these children were not orphans at all, and many of them had families in Haiti. In the end, Laura Silsby of the New Life Children's Refuge was found guilty of child trafficking. She was sentenced to time served.
Last year, Monica Petersen traveled to Haiti on a lead looking into sex trafficking in Haiti.
This week, Monica Petersen was found dead of an apparent suicide.
