When a man with a Reaper drone blows up a wedding, or a school, or a hospital, it's called collateral damage.
The International Criminal Court has been on the brink of irrelevancy. After all, you can't have justice without occasionally angering the powerful. Until this week the powerful didn't care about the ICC.
Then this happened.
In late 2017 the International Criminal Court began collecting testimony for prosecuting war crimes that happened in Afghanistan during our 16 years of occupation. They probably didn't expect what would happen.
I'm not doing well with ongoing exposure, during renovations, to chemicals which affect me physically and with what I refer to as 'brain scramble, but however much I may mangle the attempt, I'd like to bring this to general attention.
