It has to do with our unity as a movement, and the salvation of our country, in an age of incipient tyranny.

I found C99 to be a haven of sorts, a safe place to critique the Democratic party and its machinations, the corporate loyalties of Hillary Clinton, and to promote my preferred candidate, Bernie Sanders.

Look, I know I don't have a lot of street cred around here, nor should I, really. I donated to Bernie. I voted for him. I converted my mother and other family members here in Ohio to vote for him as well. But I didn't do much else. I didn't phone bank or knock on doors. I didn't pour as much blood and sweat and tears into the movement as many/most/all on here have done. I've only posted a couple times.
With the shitshow of a DNC going on right now, DNC server leaks, and all that has come out due to the Sanders campaign, you'd think that we'd be seeing some statistical movement in the polls.
