Charlie Crist Draws Laughter After Calling Hillary Clinton Trustworth (video)

Hahahahaha! People aren't brain-dead regardless of what politicians think. I don't know if its mental illness or an attempt to control reality, but politicians have some bizarre idea that its their job to define reality for us ignorant plebs. Then they stand/sit there either angry or embarrassed when they find out that it really isn't working.

Oh dear god
"I believe she is honest."
Wow. Just wow.

About as honest as Charlie Crist

Actually
Charlie Crist is a political light weight, but not a bad guy. He stood up for Florida's teachers and he was a defender of the environment. Two things that the Republicans wanted to give away. Charlie could walk around down town and be greeted favorably by the public in Tallahassee. Scott is universally hated by most of the locals in Tallahassee.
Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?
“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." ~ President John F. Kennedy
He probably was told to say
He probably was told to say exactly those things with a gun pressed to his wife's head, and the audience - and myself - burst out laughing because it was so freaking hilarious, even though so very immediately and literally life-and-death.
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

I think he retired because he could not compete with real life.
Life is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

What does life do to thinker/feelers?
Cause depression? Or laughing and crying?

OMG That's Funny!
That is hilarious. It sounds like nearly the whole crowd broke out in spontaneous laughter and no one even tried to shout them down or anything. How absolutely humiliating!
If Crist really believes Hillary is honest...
He shouldn't be entrusted with sharp objects, much less public office.

That was my evaluation when I voted
I'll give him steady and strongml
Well, more or less steady-ish. And looking increasingly less strong...

He always reminded me of a shady Chauncy Gardner. Any good, like
highlighting public reaction to the Clinton creature, is always a 'happy accident' (to borrow a Bob Ross phrase).

Don't go all revivalist on us, sojourns!
Sorry, I went to more than I can believe Southern Baptist revivals as a non-believer. Enlightening.

Well, Christ did go walking around in a dress.
Dress, robe, toga, whatever. Now Crist, well, I don't know or care how he swings.
He's a charter member of 'No Labels,'
and was in attendance at the organization's kickoff in December of 2010, along with other ultra-deficit hawks.
The primary goal of the organization is to enable lawmakers to strike a 'Grand Bargain,' in order to 'preserve Social Security' for the next 75 years. (By slashing benefits, in order to offset deep tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations.) Of course, 'No Labels' effectively uses tortured language to disguise their real intent to the typical voter [who doesn't closely follow this topic].
Here's an excerpt from Slate; a rather interesting cast of characters, IMO.
[Note: Apparently, the author 'forgot' to mention that this is a bunch of uber fiscally conservative corporatist neoliberals.]
Thanks for posting the video, Amanda--got a good chuckle out of it.

The laughter began when Crist said "honest."

I guess Crist's audience doesn't give a rat's tail that snopes and others find Trump even more dishonest than dishonest Hillary. Neither do I.
I'm using my vote the only way the Democratic and Republican parties allowed me to use it this election. I am voting for Jill Stein. I don't think she has a prayer of winning and I am not even sure she would make a capable President. I am, however, sure that neither Hillary nor Trump will. Therefore, I am voting against the duopoly.
