The propaganda machine is apparently out in force.

I visit a site called "newsmap" regularly because it gives me a high level heatmap of what MSM is talking about. Here's what today looked like:

http://newsmap.jp/#/n/us/view/

Yup... EVERYONE is talking about Hillary's big challenge. Nobody is discussing the total corruption of the Democratic National Committee as documented by their own emails in wikileaks. Nobody is discussing rampant election fraud as documented by Election Justice USA. Heck

I'd say the propaganda arm of the oligarchy is working flawlessly today.

I do not pretend I know what I do not know.

KFS has a running thread today about how progressive websites like Mother Jones and AlterNet suddenly have pro-Hillary/LOTE articles up, seemingly out of nowhere. TYT was praising the hell out of the Obama speech last night and talking about how the party is on the rise against Trump. The Democrats are definitely pushing the "unity" narrative everywhere, too. Never mind the huge protests at the DNC.

Mother Jones lost credibility for me back when they printed pro-Monsanto articles - a sad waste of a once-excellent publication.

Losing Alternet and TYT sucks... tentacles - and bribes/threats - are everywhere. It's now or never, guys, they're taking over the world.

though Cenk was disappointing at the end of the primaries. Should have had the audacity, which he is known for, of opening up the segments more to covering the rampant and obvious voter suppression and election fraud. Their ears are more to the ground than all the MSM put together, so they could have had a really dynamic probe into it by asking their viewers to share their stories and such.

That said their coverage of the banal corporate propaganda farce of the DNC has been outstanding in their usual refreshing way. It's the only way I have been able to stomach even the tiniest segments, only through their lens and then immediately mute it when they go live to the insipid, choreographed speeches.

They really dig in and know and cover their subjects with the right mix of discernment, not being pliable to mainstream memes, humor and a decidedly unapologetic Progressive viewpoint. They're always fit with the healthiest skepticism of any emperor's new clothes garbage the lapdog MSM press just gobble up. What really distinguishes them from the staid, floundering, really dying corporate MSM is the way they also give less well-known folks a chance to speak, in addition to grilling the big ones. They've done some excellent interviews with delegates and protesters out in the streets.

Of course, the Clinton people and the Democratic Party could have fixed a large part of the underlying problem if they had cleaned house at the DNC 18 months ago and placed a higher priority on maintaining a neutral stance during the nominating contest.

Lol, the fix was in for Hillary years ago. President Obama still officially won but by a much smaller margin than he really did, which is why the cheating against Bernie was so blatant and extreme - nothing else could have created the appearance of a Hillary win against Bernie, even with all of the corporate media support, including outright lying and the altering of even their own polls, in the case of CNN.

More on the election at Richard Charnin’s blog

This is a general link and it comes up with some data on Nevada, Iowa, etc.

https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/

The election was stolen. Bernie won it but because of the theft, the anointed one is now on stage

There will be many, many more articles to come out as these issues are written about and cases filed in court.

Amazing that the media took the bait of Russia hack of the DNC emails

Will they say that Russia hacked our election as well? Or do they have another excuse?

Wow, thanks for the link - spent last night and a chunk of today skimming through some posts as that blog provides an interesting historical record of previous elections as well, showing clearly that corporate/billionaire interests have been selecting their representatives throughout America for a VERY long time, building to this attempt at total global capture, using the already dispossessed, drained and industrially poisoned average American's tax-money and military. This last Dem primary and current election theft being set up must not be simply accepted by The People but repudiated en masse before any peaceful political revolution becomes impossible.

The analysis of the previous Clinton race between Hillary and Obama was a salutary demonstration of the need for immediate reform - he won what was really a far more epic victory than showed, despite the massive cheating on her side, explaining why the cheating this time against Bernie was so blatant - and why the outrage of PUMAs was so obsessive, rather like that famous televised Republican 'fixer' melt-down when the vote numbers didn't mysteriously 'flip' for Romney even later, 'before morning'. And why certain Hillary supporters are such 'sore winners', rubbing their victim's noses in their theft - in part to establish their 'win' as 'established' via the Big Lie in the face of endless evidence proving the opposite.

Putting this portion at top to post for anyone interested: https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/page/6/

Proving Election Fraud: Now an E-book

Richard Charnin
Feb. 12, 2016

Proving Election Fraud: Phantom Voters, Uncounted Votes and the National Exit Poll , published in 2010, has just been made available as a $3.99 E-book on Amazon (Kindle) and Barnes & Noble (Nook).

Its 456 pages contain a plethora of data tables and graphs as well as some of the most heated but instructive online debates which followed the 2004 election. Proving Election Fraud is a comprehensive resource for analyzing presidential elections from 1968 to 2008.

In 2012, I wrote Matrix of Deceit: Forcing Pre-Election and Exit Polls to Match Fraudulent Vote Counts. I included the unadjusted state and national exit poll data for 1988-2008 and updated the election fraud probability analysis.

In the two books, readers have access to data and analysis that is comprehensive and unique. They both provide mathematical evidence of systemic election fraud.

Americans expect to have fair elections; many are unaware as to the extent of the fraud. I have been posting analysis of election fraud for the last 15 years. But things have only gotten worse since 2000.

And this:

Election Fraud: What the Media wants us to believe
23 Jan

Richard Charnin
Jan.23, 2016

Reclaiming Science: The JFK Conspiracy
Matrix of Deceit: Forcing Pre-election and Exit Polls to Match Fraudulent Vote Counts

Election Fraud and the Media

The media wants you to ignore the Unadjusted exit polls because they claim that they do not represent the actual vote counts.

The media maintains that ADJUSTED exit polls will always converge to the recorded vote count which they want you to believe is always accurate.

The media claims that the unadjusted exit polls have been shown to be grossly inaccurate in all presidential elections since 1988. And the pattern has persisted in congressional and primary elections.

The media claims that the recorded votes are official and tell us how people really voted and that we should not believe the unadjusted exit polls. Systemic election fraud is a myth. If it were true, the media would have reported it, just like they reported on Acorn.

The National Election Pool claims that the number of states exit polled in 2012 was cut to 31 because of lack of funds and expect us to believe this canard.

The media lauds voting machines, claiming they are faster and more accurate than humans. But the media does not tell you that programmers know how to code 1+1 =3.

Even though we cannot view the proprietary software code, we should accept the Diebold machine counts as being accurate. The fact that the code is proprietary does not mean that there is something to hide.

Media pundits, pollsters and academics ignore election fraud, implicitly assuming that the Fraud Factor is ZERO – an unscientific, faith-based rationale for adjusting exit polls to match the recorded vote.

The media wants you to believe that the exit polls are always wrong:
Recorded Vote = Unadjusted Exit poll + Exit Poll error
Final Exit Poll = Recorded Vote

The media does not want you to know that the recorded vote is fraudulent:
Recorded Vote = Unadjusted Exit Poll + Fraud Factor

The corporate media says that in 2008, Obama won the recorded vote by 9.5 million with a 53% share. But the media never mentioned that the unadjusted state exit polls indicated that Obama won by 23 million votes with a 58.0% share. Or that he won the National Exit Poll of 17,836 respondents with 61% and a 30 million vote margin.

In 2004, the corporate media claimed that Bush was the winner by 3.0 million votes and that the exit polls “behaved badly” and misled us into believing that Kerry was the winner by at least 6 million votes (52-47%).

In 2000, the media failed to mention that the unadjusted state exit polls showed that Gore was a 50-46% winner by 5 million votes – not his 540,000 recorded margin. And that Gore had at least 70% of 175,000 uncounted, spoiled ballots in Florida.

These facts have NEVER been disclosed by the media:
1) In 1988-2008, 135 of 274 unadjusted state exit polls exceeded the margin of error, of which 131 red-shifted to the Republican. The joint probability of this occurrence is ONE in TRILLIONS. That’s ZERO.

2) The unadjusted 1988-2008 State and National exit polls showed the Democrats won by 52-42%. They won the recorded vote by just 48-46%. The probability is ZERO.

The media claims it is all just “voodoo math” by conspiracy theorists. But the media never did the math since it would reveal that state and national unadjusted exit poll discrepancies from the recorded vote results in ZERO probabilities – proving systemic election fraud.

The media would rather maintain the myth of fair elections than actually investigate..

And this is why it's always 'the voter's fault' or that of a 3rd-party runner, obsessively repeated, like the Big Lie propaganda it is.

Speaking as One Who Knows Nothing about stats, I feel that Richard Charnin's blog ought to be required reading for people like myself, as well as for those better versed in such things.

This has been going on forever, with destructive self-interests running America, Americans, victimized countries and the environment into the polluted ground - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! BERN IT DOWN!

The media drones are all on the Russia bandwagon. Shocker, who would've thought that the media which we now know COLLUDED with the DNC to stifle the Sanders campaign, are now.... Colluding with the DNC to misdirect public backlash?

I saw this morning that Hillary trolls are out in full force harassing Jill Stein on Twitter. I gave up on having a real presence on social media a few years ago after receiving death threats for criticizing anti-Arab and anti-Muslim racists. As someone with anxiety disorder I usually have to take a deep breath anytime I dive into social media, or even the news these days. It's hard to stay positive. Websites like c99 give me that dose of hope I need to keep going in such a toxic world, while I try to reach more of my friends and relatives with information on what's REALLY going on every day. So far I've turned at least 3 former Sanders supporters onto Jill Stein - one who was leaning Libertarian and drinking the 'jill is an anti-vaxxer anti gmo' kool-aid even. Small victories.

If Trump keeps acting more and more hate filled and scarier, that would indicate that he doesn't care about winning and he's trying to throw it to Hillary. If he moderates in an attempt to get Bernie supporters, then he's probably scary and wants to win. That whole Birther thing could have been a plot with Bill to make Trump seem like a total nut. Who knows, it's a pretty good act though.

Coming back to this using the wonderful "edit" button: This is too over the top of me. Why would Trump ask the Russians to release Hillary's 30,000 deleted emails if he was in cahoots with Hillary. He's a scary dude, but if Hillary doesn't make a case for herself instead of against Donald Trump, and if she doesn't acknowledge how cheated we feel, then I have to be suspicious of her too. But I admit, I think it would be better with her than Trump, but I'm not crossing that bridge until the end of October, and only if Jill's truths have been successfully silenced.

up
0 users have voted.

Beware the bullshit factories.

Whether this has been arranged or not, Trump has been progressively scarier in response to Hillary's/her funders need for someone apparently worse than she to act as 'the greater evil', although I don't think even he can keep up with her, never mind exceed that evil quotient. I keep leaning toward the choreographed theory, even though he's clearly having fun and profit from it and might well take the Presidency for further fun and profit, if given the chance. But in any event, there are not only two Presidential choices, as much TPTB would like the American people to believe this, after disposing of Bernie via blatant cheating.

Why would the Russians listen to Trump? Come to that, why would anyone?

Are you saying that if Hillary cheats/silences a second progressive Presidential candidate, you'd reward a classic psychopath by voting for her to have the Presidency and control of the military to attack more countries and start 'limited' nuclear wars with Russia and China?

I'm sure that the Clintons and their funders will have very comfortable and well-stocked bunkers to spend the rest of their lives in after Mutual Assured Destruction, assuming their bunkers survive any near blasts. But the next most lucky people will be those who instantly die in the first blasts.

Apart from this hazard, the slower alternative is that of dying of unlimited polluting and financial industry abuses, in corporate serfdom, as life on the planet and its ability to produce oxygen perish within decades.

Personally, I'd never vote for that, myself, but that is what we're facing.

I certainly think both debated with truth and honesty but fundamentally I can't get behind Robert Reich's view. He seems to have some fairly sharp blind spots regarding the risks of Hillary. Let's be clear, Hillary is head of the machine which has lied throughout this entire campaign and twisted/broken election rules wherever it could. Hillary is also a clear and present danger to the United States and democracy itself. Asking me which narcissistic megalomaniac I want isn't really a choice and I don't care enough about it to give up on my own best interests.

I've also noticed one other thing: Correct the Record seems to be spread fairly thin. I would normally expect Bernie supporters to be fairly embattled - or at least just holding ground - but that is not the case. Everywhere I've been, the #NeverHillary people greatly outnumber Hillary 'supporters'. Every once in a while I come across a site where CTR has overrun the place, but that's the point: it seems like there are only enough of them to really concentrate on one or two major sites at a time.
