He would not allow Hillary to be elected because she would take the rest of the world with her. The world probably was saved by the Royal Navy when they refused to nuke St. Petersburgh a couple weeks before the election. (I'm assuming Theresa May had Hillary's permission because England wouldn't start WW3 without US backing, and Obama would not give up his post presidency millions by making sure there was no post presidency) Biden, otoh, like Theresa May, would not be obeyed if he ordered a nuclear attack, instead he would just be escorted to a secure nursing home. However, he can be counted on to maximize the terminal corruption that is impoverishing America. He, and Harris after him, is certain to drive America to ruin without taking the world with it. As a corollary we know Trump was not Putin's plan because Trump exposed the extreme, terminal corruption destroying America. He exposed the plot, he did not participate in it.
