Thought I might try the direct approach. Would be awesome, no?

Dr, Stein-
All is not lost. Many now look for a new home. The Democratic Party is dead to us.
But why do so many reject the Green Party as well? Would you:
1. go to caucus99. see how the Green Party is regarded there.
2. start a thread on c99 yourself and field questios,as on reddit. That would be "big league"!
All respect,
irishking
I know there are people here with much more useful things to tell them.
Would the GP and Dr. Stein listen? Does anyone here care to place the call ?

And he wrote it on the wall.'

Thanks for trying. It may work, may not, but it's certainly
worth the effort.
I'd like to see a Green Party official here to take questions and answer them.

I tried back on the 3rd of June...
I left Dr. Stein an email inviting her to join here and address us. I told her of the many Green supporters here. I didn't receive an answer nor did she join.

Many thanks JtC - it was good for you to have done that and
it reflects poorly on those who run the Green party.

I had hoped that...
the name of our site, caucus99percent, may have caught her attention. I also relayed that I was the owner/admin of the site hoping that may hold some weight and also mentioned the potential for many votes to be gleaned.
All I ever received was the many bolierplate fundraising emails that everyone else had gotten that signed up at the Green site.
When I contacted the Greens I really didn't hold out much hope that she would respond because of her busy schedule, but I tried anyway.
I am polite(and political) enough to feel that every contact
that appears to be in good faith should receive an answer. Surely someone on the staff would have had 5 minutes to give you the courtesy of a reply.

Maybe now...
that the election is over she or the Greens organization will reach out.
One hopes.

I sometimes wonder whether they actually have an organization,
other than for fundraising. I had contacted both state and national looking to volunteer and received only the ubiquitous mass fundraising appeals.
Oh, well......

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
yes, thanks for taking the step.
