The only nominee Obama has managed to present for confirmation maintains the corporatist majority of SCOTUS. So not only is Obama a traitor (see: TPP) and a criminal (Collusion with the health insurance industry at the very least), he is a betrayer of the public will. We the People are not willing to continue down the path to corporatism controlling everything, yet Barry can't work hard enough to achieve that result.
