Jeffrey Epstein exits stage left

If we are to believe the press (Ha! Never!) Jeffrey Epstein offed himself inside a Federal Prison while on suicide watch. Oh, yeah, tell me another story, granma. Maybe Chelsea Clinton can write a children's book about how the big bad bogeyman was sent to his just deserts by his own hand, being so guilt-ridden. Ha again, I say.

JE was one of the most hated men alive by the rich and powerful. So many must be celebrating in the US and UK that champagne and caviar sales have skyrocketed.

Of course precious little is really available for confirmation, such as alleged photos of the decedent. DNA testing. Or does JE get the Osama Bin Laden treatment, burial at sea with absolutely no proof of his descent to the River Styx?

I wait breathlessly for the MSM to report on his exitus. And alligators can hold their breath for an amazingly long period of time. Russia infiltrated the Prison will likely be the headline in TOP and TYT.
Damn right. The Russkies wanna protect Billary so that Hillary Rodent Clinton, the True President, officially ascends the throne of dung, she will sell another 20% of US uranium to Vlad. Dammit, Vlad, stop acting like a capitalist. You are betraying the Bolshevik Revolution, comrade. V.I. Lenin is gyrating in his Kremlin coffin.

So now for the facts--wait for it: NONE

Is he really deceased? As they say south of Beto's make-believe border, "no se!"

JE was housed in a Federal Bureau of Prisons facility in South Manhattan (or do they call it lower Manhattan?). A.G. Barr must be having smoke emissions from his auricular appendages. Heads are gonna roll, even if the biggies skate again, which is looking more likely.

So here is what the Federal Bureau of Prisons has to say about Suicide Watch

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE. The Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) operates a suicide prevention program to assist staff in identifying and managing potentially suicidal inmates. Each Warden will ensure that a suicide prevention program is implemented consistent with this policy. In addition, Wardens will facilitate a discussion regarding the issue of suicide at department head meetings, staff recalls, lieutenants' meetings, etc., to heighten staff awareness about the need to detect and report any changes in inmate behavior that might suggest suicidal intent.

And who watches the suicidally-prone? Sometimes, it can be delegated to other inmates:

e. Inmate Referral. In addition to staff, inmates can play a vital role in helping to prevent inmate suicides. To facilitate this process each institution will encourage inmate referrals by:
including a statement in the institution inmate handbook/orientation materials encouraging inmates to notify staff of any behavior or situation that may suggest an inmate is upset and potentially suicidal,
incorporating the topic of inmate referrals into the Admissions and Orientation lesson plan for Psychology Services,
placing posters in each housing unit addressing the topic, and
ensuring that the information is made available to inmates in multiple languages as appropriate, particularly Spanish.

What else?

12. SUICIDE WATCH.
a. Housing. Each institution must have one or more rooms designated specifically for housing an inmate on suicide watch. The designated room must allow staff to maintain adequate control of the inmate without compromising the ability to observe and protect the inmate.
The primary concern in designating a room for suicide watch must be the ability to observe, protect, and maintain adequate control of the inmate.
The room must permit easy access, privacy, and unobstructed vision of the inmate at all times.
The suicide prevention room may not have fixtures or architectural features that would easily allow self-injury.
Inmates on watch will be placed in the institution's designated
suicide prevention room, a non-administrative
detention/segregation cell ordinarily located in the health
services area. Despite the cell's location, the inmate will not
be admitted as an in-patient unless there are medical indications
that would necessitate immediate hospitalization.

And

c. Observation. For all suicide watches:
Any visual observation techniques used to monitor the suicide companion program will focus on the inmate companion and/or the inmate on suicide watch only.
The observer and the suicidal inmate will not be in the same room/cell and will have a locked door between them.
The person performing the suicide watch must have a means to summon help immediately (e.g., phone, radio)
if the inmate displays any suicidal or unusual
behavior.

Read the rest if you please.

This is the most massive FUBAR in the DOJ since Peter Stzok roamed the halls of the Hoover Building.

Please submit your own conspiracy theories. This is going to be one helluva shitshow, fellow swampers (and those preferring to remain dry).

stop me if you've heard this before...

I saw him at the Gaslight in Greenwich Village before he was really well-known. At the time he was just Woody's kid. There must have been eight people in the "crowd". He performed as if there were a hundred. Taught me at that early age that if the situation doesn't live up to your expectations you still can do the best job.

I'll never forget his monologue about buffaloes and "shrink-stuff".

I find it very strange that Epstein wasn't on suicide watch just after he either attempted it a few weeks ago or was assaulted. His lawyers were upset that he wasn't being protected in jail because of how high profile he was. People had to know that some very powerful people wanted him silenced because their buttocks were on the line.

Wonder if we'll ever get the truth about his death? I'm betting no.

Hmm.. I thought that the SCU was single occupancy only. If so why wasn't he in before when he was attacked?

c. Inmates in SHUs. Inmates in Administrative Detention or Disciplinary Segregation status often may be at higher risk for suicidal behavior. Inmates being transferred into the SHU will be monitored for signs of potential suicide risk (e.g., crying, emotionally distraught, threats of self-harm, or engaging in misconduct to purposefully effect removal from the general population). Inmates exhibiting such behavior will be referred to the Shift Lieutenant....

3) SHU Custodial Issues.
A) Program Coordinator Involvement. At a minimum, the Program Coordinator or designee will make weekly rounds of SHUs and consult with staff in those areas concerning any inmates needing special attention.
B) Review of Lieutenant’s Log. The Program Coordinator will review the Lieutenant’s log each working day to determine if an inmate with mental health problems has been placed in the SHU. A psychologist will see the inmate as soon as possible to assess the inmate’s mental status and alert SHU staff.
C) Health Services. Health Services policy contains procedures to ensure inmates placed in SHU continue to received needed medications.
Psychology Services will be notified whenever an inmate refuses or misses his/her medication. If the inmate has the potential to become violent, self-destructive, or suicidal without the medication, psychologists will notify SHU staff of this....

E) Inmate Removal from the SHU. The Program Coordinator will arrange to have an inmate exhibiting significant potential for suicide removed from the SHU and placed on suicide watch. Ordinarily, once the crisis is over, the inmate will be returned to the SHU to satisfy any sanction that was imposed.

SHU = Special Holding Unit

Examination of Epstein's viewer logs will show how and why a decision was made to transfer JE back to the SHU.

c. Any inmate clinically found to be suicidal will receive
appropriate preventive supervision, counseling, and other
treatment.

What counseling did JE receive after his "first attempt"? Likely, none.

g. Removal. The Program Coordinator or designee may remove any observer from the program at his/her discretion. Removal of an inmate observer should be documented in the records kept by the Program Coordinator.

Attachment B: factors that can increase the probability that an inmate may become [or remain?] suicidal

Situational Factors
1. Legal issues - pending indictment; loss of appeal to
reduce sentence.

2. Difficulties with staff or other inmates.
3. Gambling debts, drugs.
4. Ending of a close relationship with another inmate.
5. Possible victim of a sexual assault.

This is what many of us here have been saying. This is not about Clintons and Trump it's about how the global elite keeps others in line. The links I posted near the end of the other essay on Epstein's death have some good information in them.

#Epstein was most likely running a Mossad blackmail operation. Wouldn't matter who he got on tape as long as they were rich and powerful enough to help protect the Zionist apartheid project. Democrat, Republican, who cares.

His tweet has too many widgets in so it's just easier for me to c &p

but taken off suicide watch just one week later? Even though it hadn't been determined if he tried to kill himself or was attacked by someone else? How does this make sense?
You know better how long people can be held after attempted suicide. Is it only 72 hours or until the threat of doing it again has passed?

The case against him will continue it appears.

US attorney: Epstein abuse probe steadfast despite his death

The federal investigation into the allegations remains steadfast, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said. He noted in a statement Saturday that the indictment against Epstein includes a conspiracy charge, suggesting others could face charges in the case.

Epstein had been placed on suicide watch and given daily psychiatric evaluations after an incident a little over two weeks ago in which he was found with bruising on his neck, according to the person familiar with the matter who wasn’t authorized to discuss it publicly. It hasn’t been confirmed whether the injury was self-inflicted or the result of an assault.

Epstein was taken off suicide watch at the end of July, the person said.

The Bureau of Prisons confirmed that he had been housed in the jail’s Special Housing Unit, a heavily secured part of the facility that separates high-profile inmates from the general population. Until recently, the same unit had been home to the Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, who is now serving a life sentence at the so-called Supermax prison in Colorado.

Epstein’s death raises questions about how the Bureau of Prisons ensures the welfare of such high-profile inmates. In October, Boston gangster James “Whitey” Bulger was killed in a federal prison in West Virginia where had just been transferred.
....
Cameron Lindsay, a former warden who ran three federal lockups, said the death represents “an unfortunate and shocking failure, if proven to be a suicide.”

“Unequivocally, he should have been on active suicide watch and therefore under direct and constant supervision,” Lindsay said.

Epstein’s removal from suicide watch would have been approved by both the warden of the jail and the facility’s chief psychologist, said Jack Donson, a former prison official who worked for the Bureau of Prisons for more than two decades.

Interesting don't you think?

As it turns out - the highest profile inmate in the country, who had just attempted suicide a few days before - was taken off of suicide precautions. And then this inmate who was threatening a member of the royal family, an ex-US president, an ex-US senator, the current president of the US, and a whole slew of millionaires and billionaires was allowed the resources to kill himself.

@Alligator Ed but there was no autopsy on JFK. Just a coroner's report. I had the pleasure of meeting him once at his daughter's home. I always sensed that he had shared his experience with his family, but they all kept lips zipped.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." ---- William Casey, CIA Director, 1981

@on the cusp an autopsy on JFK at Bethesda -- just a badly botched one. That's one way of looking at it. Another is the very real possibility, per the reports from 2 FBI in the autopsy room, that there had been some mysterious "surgery" done on the head pre-autopsy. Very strange. Lots of dishonest reporting by the surgeons in their report, coverup style, then and later. And no word yet on who it was who performed the pre-autopsy surgery after the body left the Dallas hospital, where only a tracheotomy had been done.

is the fact that Epstein willingly came back to the US even though he knew that previously redacted materials were going to be released. Epstein could have escaped but instead came back to the US.

This begs the question. Did Epstein believe that he would be safer in US custody? Or did Epstein believe that he would be put into a witness protection program or sent to another country where he would be safe.

My personal answer is that Epstein believed that he would be safe by surrendering to US custody because I believed that Epstein was a CIA/Mossad agent and still had some value.

So what I now believe is that Epstein had lost his value to either/both the CIA or Mossad and was sent to the prison to be disappeared.

Now my question is who will be the beneficiary (ies) of Epstein's estate?
