Israel, Great Britain, etc., all spy on the U.S. and interfere in our elections

Before we get to the latest story in this absurd propaganda show, let's "remember" the news from just the past few weeks...

And, now, we're just learning about this latest clusterf*ck...

Israeli firm pitched Don Jr. on election meddling scenario in 2016 — and it sounds exactly like the Russia scheme

Written by Travis Gettys / Raw Story (via Alternet) January 30, 2019

"It feels a bit too on-the-nose not to be disturbing.”

A consulting firm with ties to Israeli intelligence pitched a plan to the Trump campaign to use social media and foreign assistance to interfere with the 2016 election that turned out to be eerily similar to Russian meddling.

Wikistrat started gaming out a foreign influence campaign just days after Donald Trump entered the race, and an associated firm pitched senior campaign official Rick Gates on the plan in April 2016, reported The Daily Beast.

The pitch by Psy Group, which is reportedly owned by Wikistrat founder Joel Zamel, laid out an election influence campaign that involved creating thousands of fake social media accounts to support Trump, and Zamel himself took part in at least two meetings in Washington in 2016 and 2017.

His staff at Psy Group continued making connections about their social media manipulation scheme with individuals who represented themselves as close to the Trump campaign.

Zamel met with Donald Trump Jr. after his father became the Republican presidential nominee to discuss the plan, which resembled the election interference already underway by Russia and the scenario described by Wikistrat the year before.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators have already questioned Zamel, who is so low-profile that no public photos of him are known, and Gates has agreed to cooperate as part of a plea agreement.

It’s not clear whether the Psy Group plans were ever implemented, but some former employees said at least parts of them were carried out.

An attorney for Wikistrat pointed out the firm had conducted hundreds of simulations on a variety of scenarios, and many in the cybersecurity world were concerned about foreign election interference when Psy Group conducted the sim.

But one former employee who helped create the 2015 report said the accuracy of their predictions are spooky in retrospect.

“At the time we were discussing the subject of cyber-interference in democratic processes, it seemed and felt like just another idle intellectual exercise and scenario planning project for political scientists,” said Peter Marino, a former Wikistrat analyst. “But retrospectively, it feels a bit too on-the-nose not to be disturbing.”

Wouldn't it be interesting if the public realized the true extent of this Orwellian travesty?

Then again, America...

Israel has the decency of bribing our politicians.
Russia didn't bribe anyone.

Mueller says Russians are using his discovery materials in disinformation effort

Russians are using materials obtained from special counsel Robert Mueller's office in a disinformation campaign apparently aimed at discrediting the investigation into Moscow's election interference, federal prosecutors said on Wednesday.

One or more people associated with the special counsel's case against Russian hackers made statements last October claiming to have stolen discovery materials that were originally provided by Mueller to Concord Management, Mueller's team said in court documents filed on Wednesday in the Russian troll farm case.

That discovery — evidence and documents traded between both sides of a lawsuit — appears to have been altered and disseminated as part of a disinformation campaign apparently aimed at discrediting the ongoing investigations in Russian interference in the U.S. political system, according to the documents.

According to the documents filed Wednesday, a Twitter account called @HackingRedstone tweeted: "We’ve got access to the Special Counsel Mueller’s probe database as we hacked Russian server with info from the Russian troll case Concord LLC v. Mueller. You can view all the files Mueller had about the IRA and Russian collusion. Enjoy the reading!"

The special counsel's office said the account used to publish the discovery materials was registered by a user with an IP address in Russia.

The filing states that the FBI has found no evidence that U.S. government servers, including servers used by the special counsel's office, had been breached. Rather, the information appears to have come from the materials shared with attorneys for Concord Management.

Pretty dumb for the hacker not to cover up his IP address don't you think? And how was this reported on ToP?

Whenever I read some new story regarding Russia Gate I always ask what the real story is. After Mueller charged Concord Management their lawyers showed up to defend them which I think surprised Mueller. He said that he couldn't share his information with the attorneys because of "national security reasons."

Alleged Russian Troll Farm Attorneys Could Be Sanctioned Over ‘Altered’ Discovery Debacle

Be on the lookout for black-and-white pyrotechnics coming from the D.C. District Court in the weeks ahead. On Monday, special counsel Robert Mueller filed an eyebrow-raising motion opposing discovery requests by attorneys who represent a Russian company accused of operating a troll farm during the 2016 U.S. general election.

The 18-page court document all-but levels a high-stakes accusation against the legal team for Concord Management and Consulting LLC. Namely: Mueller alleges Concord Management–or someone working for Concord Management–took some of the case’s “non-sensitive discovery materials,” altered them and then released them in a bid to sow disinformation about the wide-ranging special counsel probe.

Mueller’s opposition to Concord Management’s motion for approval to disclose discovery could bode not so well for Concord Management’s own attorneys.

“The Russians’ lawyers may need to hire their own lawyers now,” tweeted trial attorney Page Pate.

“If the lawyers were aware of discovery material being leaked outside of the defense team, then they may have violated a court protective order and would be subject to sanctions,” Pate elaborated in an email to Law&Crime.

Is this Mueller's way of trying to not have to give them his notes?

And speaking of Israel's interference with the election, we know that Flynn wasn't talking to Russia before Trump took office about the sanctions, he was trying to get them to not sanction Israel for their illegal settlements. Bibi asked Kushner to ask Flynn to do that.

@snoopydawg pre-text for arresting and charging the attorneys for Concord. Mueller marches on and on and on.

I can't believe we have so many crazy people in charge of things.

The exposing of the Integrity Initiative has just scratched the surface of what appears to be a much more sophisticated, insidious, and extremely online version of Operation Mockingbird. With new internal documents appearing each week through a hacker’s organization called Anonymous Europe, the revelations are yielding one of the most potentially explosive national security scandals in recent times. But even as members of Britain’s parliament thunder with demands for official accountability, the UK and US mainstream media still strangely refuses to touch the story.
