Huge News from California!
This was originally posted this morning at Kossacks_for_Sanders and deserves a much wider exposure. It's not as if the MSM will have any interest. An excerpt (emphasis mine):
The chief executive took us into a little area down the hallway on the 5th floor, where we received the groundbreaking report: "I have a bit of good news for you. I want you to know that we looked into it, and we agree that this issue falls under the category of voter intent. We want you to know that we have decided to count every Democratic ballot cast by an NPP voter." -Aaron Nevarez, Chief Executive Assistant of the Los Angeles Voters Registrar
Now that 66,500 NPP voters' Democratic ballots will be counted in Los Angeles as of around 1:00pm yesterday, this could mean the recovery of up to 580,000 uncounted votes in California. That's an eighth of the votes of the state. We have 16 days to get the word out to Secretary of State Alex Padilla and every county in California, who need to follow LA's lead and get those votes in.

that he would now be the presumptive nominee.

There is no doubt. Sanders is the nominee.
Things are looking better with every bit of information coming out about hills' misdeeds. many superdelegates will bail on her rather than go down with her. Their careers may stand a chance of continuing a bit further if they dump her. Unfortunately, for them, we already saw them, and heard them. Their prospects have tanked because of backing the warmonger, who has nothing in common with the truth. I don't feel any empathy for them. That is unusual for me.

Clearly if the Democratic primaries were a level playing field, Bernie would be on his victory tour prior to the convention.

I just visited trustvote.org, and the lawsuit is delayed because of new evidence; also they are awaiting results from California. Who knows, perhaps holding this lawsuit over their heads is pushing California toward counting all the votes. I hope Berners are on hand for these counts, not trusting the establishment to do it.

and actually count all the votes. May be that whole counting to the last minute and the last vote will be THE cliffhanger election movie of all times.
There is a ton of NPP's in California
Governor Moonbeam ratfucked this election the minute he endorsed the wife of his mortal (1992 election) enemy. Every vote needs to be counted, in every country. Period.
Let's hope what wikileaks is releasing will increase the drip,
drip, drip to a full on flood of Clinton supporters dumping her. That being said, every Dem super delegate in my state is pro TPP, thus they have lost my vote anyway.

The class action lawsuit by Election Justice
might be putting some pressure on CA election boards.
If I were confident that voter intent was counted as a vote, then I would accept whatever results happened.

Weren't most voters given ballot without presidential race?
NPP ballots didn't have presidential race on them, people had to know the magic handshake, words, and slip a ten spot to the poll worker to get a cross over ballot.
And what about all the people they turned away,...
The CA primary should be redone, hell whole stack of primaries should be redone, given the level of problems they have had this season. CA, AZ, NY, probably others.

If NPPs did not get the crossover ballot, they would not have had a chance to vote for Bernie (no presidential candidates on the ballot). And we have seen proof that Dems conspired by training poll workers to hide the crossover ballot from voters unless they said the magic word.

I think a large number
of NPP voters who didn't know to ask for a crossover but knew they wanted to vote for a Dem. presidential candidate were steered towards taking provisional ballots. I believe this news is that those provisional ballots will be counted, and registered NPP voters will have those votes considered valid and counted. It was not absolutely clear that even if the provisionals were counted, that these ballots would be considered valid.
Oh Ok. That is good news then.
Would love to see CA flip to Bernie. I still think the convention is going to be completely rigged for Hellery. But Bernie winning CA will make it much harder for her to blather about an overwhelming mandate.

I wonder if news of the RICO lawsuit had anything to do with this change? The lawsuit is being delayed until California finishes counting.
