this remarkable and special day by giving my towel a thorough washing, and dry it with a dryer sheet that smells like lavender.
This is a good day to remind myself and others: NEVER THROW IN THE TOWEL.

Glad to see your current health issues are improving.
You know, no matter what condition I am in, I never miss a damn court date.
I excuse myself to go to the bathroom and do whatever the condition demands. I tried a case in 2016 or so, representing the County Judge on a criminal charge, and I had the damn flu. I was coughing so hard, people from the audience were sending me cough drops, the bailiff was giving me bottles of water.
I got a 5 not guilty/one guilty verdict mistrial. Before it could be retried, my Judge client died. Seems he had suffered a massive heart attack during the trial. He kept leaning over to to tell me he was feeling awful.
He was a good man. I am glad he died presumed innocent, proven guilty of nothing.
up fairly closely in the beginning of the process and then once you are loaded up sufficiently they stretch them out a couple of months apart.
thanks, be well and have a good one

But instead of lunch, she walked around the courthouse square.
When she was a prosecutor, we tangled. As judge, she was very cool, followed the law. I miss her.
