Perfect timing.

Hey, Tony. I bet The Founders kick your ass if they find you. Better lay low for awhile.

You made the world a shitier place.

"it's the Supreme Court, stupid!"

That's been the rallying cry for those who like the letter D better than actual policies. Yet I've had this nagging suspicion that if a rightwing judge died, even if it were Scalia, that Obama would appoint another rightwinger.

This theory says that Democrats of Obama's ilk (that means Hillary or, if she tanks badly, Biden) will never try to push the court left. We shall see. I would be happy to be proved wrong.

Constitution does not require that a Supreme Court justice be a lawyer; there are likewise no requirements as to age, education, native-born citizenship, or even that the justice be a human. This is why the Republicans will insist the Kenyan nominate the miscarriage in a jar that Rick Santorum keeps on his desk.

this Hillbot, Reesetheone, has a diary up at dKos

http://www.dailykos.com/stories/2016/2/13/1484742/-SCALIA-HAS-DIED-OMG

Here's the commen, in the body of the diary, t that made me stop and ponder...

Dana Perino predicted going into this year that obama would have to select a justice…… Maybe she knew something.

Yes, this Hillary supporter somehow is paying attention to Dana Perino, the dumb Bush press secretary who didn't know what the Cuban Missile Crisis was. Now why would anyone know how to find Dana Perino to get her opinion on anything? Does Perino have a rightwing talk radio show or something? Does that Hillbot listen to rightwing radio? Does it color all her thinking? Curious.

So a Hillbot gets their info from Fox News. Why am I not at all surprised?
