Election Day in Massachusetts!

Will Ed Markey hold off the dccc darling, a/k/a "Nancy's Pet, Ted III? Will Alex Morse be able to overcome the zillion dollar smear campaign Richard Neal's corporate owners have funded to keep their puppet's power in the House? Those are the two races with the most coverage but there are at least one or two other progressives in the race today and I wish them all well.

We can expect to start getting results in less than twelve hours.

The most recent polling I could find was Emerson from Friday August 28. It had Ed Markey up by 12 points.

When I get any info on how it's going I will be back to share.

My wife and I voted with a mail-in ballot early. We voted for Markey, of course. We really don't want that Senate seat occupied by a corporate Kennedy. Kennedy is ambitious and had good connections, but I think that there is Kennedy burnout in MA now.

The other race of interest is Seth Moulton's Congressional seat. He's an empty suit, neocon. One of a new breed of young Democratic veterans who seem to have or had ties to the CIA. I went to one of his town halls and it was all about going to Congress and fighting Russia for interfering in our elections. He repeated the lie that 17 intelligence agencies confirmed that Russia interfered in our 2016 election to get Trump elected. He was going to protect us by punishing Russia! What an A-hole. It's too bad that he got John Tierney's seat, as John was a quality Progressive. His wife had some criminal legal issues that brought him down. But his views better fit the MA 6th district.

Moulton ran for president this season, which clearly indicates his ambition. He got nowhere as he has no personality and is basically an empty suit with a degree from Harvard.

Here's Moulton's experience:
2013-Present: President of Eastern Healthcare Partners
2011-2012: Managing Director at Texas Railway
June 2010-August 2010: Summer Associate of Public Sector Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs

He is on the House Armed Services Committee, his main interest.

We voted for his opponent Angus McQuilken, a far more Progressive choice.

If Moulton wins the primary election then I will vote for the Republican in the General Election. We Progressives will never get anywhere if we continue to vote for neoliberal, neocon warmongering Democrats.

Capitalism has always been the rule of the people by the oligarchs. You only have two choices, eliminate them or restrict their power.

One thing is for certain, Nancy Pelosi is the enemy of all Progressives.

One thing that doesn't get mentioned was Joe Kennedy's opposition to the legalization of marijuana as it would hamper law enforcement, because an officer could no longer use that as an excuse to search a car.
Don't vote for State Prosecutors in any election.

I wonder why people didn’t like him?

That’s why today I'm calling for guaranteed access to counsel in civil cases.

This wanker cannot even make his own bill decent. Access to?

I can’t see tweets so this might be duped

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

Voting is like driving with a toy steering wheel.
