Of course --
If you've been promoted from junior high or middle school you've learned never to trust anything any of these people say in an election run-up.
It's pretty clear what's actually going to happen after the November election. There will be no accounting for the fact that Team Biden's foreign policy has been an echo of First Term Team Reagan's foreign policy, except that Team Biden dared to do what First Term Team Reagan only dared to discuss. And things will change only when the results hit home in a rather highly negative way, and there's no guarantee -- none at all -- that any of the subsequent changes will be any good.
But, anyway, this Jimmy Dore video should be worth a laugh and a half. After all, doesn't he describe himself as a comedian?
Kennedy mentioned free speech. Of course, the first real free speech demand we will hear in the election run-up will come from university students. Watch while UC tries to outdo last term's Columbia University. The idea of turning the University of California campuses into police states, complete with concentration camps, should play poorly with students trying to get their degrees while living in their cars.
So, now, I guess, it's a bit more obvious why Harris/ Walz didn't have policy positions on their website. I guess they now have "Meet Kamala Harris" and "Meet Tim Walz," for what it's worth. It's all about their cherry-picked pasts for these people, the Man Behind the Curtain is in charge, and he can't think of anything new. Government, after all, no longer exists to solve the public's problems.

What was more surprising was the applause and cheers she got for saying it!

There were problems with running a campaign of Joy while committing a genocide? Who could have guessed?
Harris is unburdened of speaking going forward.
Yeah
So far with Harris/ Walz it's First Term Reagan all the way.

Thanks for this,
cass. This isn't the first time the dems flipped and the repubs flipped.
I just visited a historic site of the Lincoln-Douglas debates and thought hmmmm...
Flips do happen.

Is Jimmy being naive?

Bobby talks about all the things Trump will do, but didn’t he promise to do them last time, but didn’t?
Drain the Swamp/Destroy the Deep State. He actually added to the swamp with Haley, Bolton, Abrams and Pompeo…ect. The worst of the worst.
Appoint a commission to release the Kennedy files? Why not just release them like he promised to do last time, but didn’t.
Get Netanyahu to end the Gaza slaughter? He has been telling Netanyahu to end it quicker. Look at what he did for Israel last time.
Yep I’d love to see Trump do all those things, but I’m skeptical. Hope he proves me wrong.
Ahh well we saw Kamala lay out her joyful warmongering intentions which flabbergasted Caitlin. She links to Kam's speech and the first part was just that she isn’t Trump. It goes downhill from there.

To me, the defining moment of the first Trump administration
The defining characteristic of Donald Trump is his laziness. This is probably the main reason why the alphabet agencies have not yet succeeded in assassinating him -- they are willing to tolerate him because he won't do a whole lot and they'll be able to persuade him, like they did last time, to do the bad things they like.
As regards Jimmy Dore: I think he's just trying to be funny.

The other defining moment
...occurred when Trump walked away from the denuclearization talks with Kim Jong-un in February 2019. This was presaged by a CIA orchestrated raid on the DPRK embassy in Madrid. Trump displayed zero ability to stand up to neocons like Bolton and Pompeo. If Trump had continued on the path he was on from the initial Singapore summit he could have kept North Korea out of the Russian orbit, and given it an alternative to its dependence on China and/or Russia for their heretofore meager and grudging diplomatic and economic support. He could have frozen the number of North Korean nukes, stopped the dangerous continued production of plutonium for additional nuclear weapons by shutting down and dismantling the Yongbyon reactor, and brought IAEA and other nuclear inspectors back into the hermit kingdom to conduct inspections. He used the media machine for all its worth, and then backed down, unable to answer the unanimous criticism he received from the MSM for enhancing the status of the communist dictator. Those tacit understandings that were achieved at Singapore, with respect to military exercises, strategic US assets on or near the peninsula, and maintaining a less hostile posture were finally and irrevocably undone by the Biden administration, it's only fair to mention.

The 3=letter agencies are really more powerful than he is.
